Sorry brother, I totally missed your post and couldn't reply in time. Have just noticed. My bad..

So, when there is high momentum during news, it makes not much sense to me to talk about manipulation. I personally really don't care because I trade what I see and I also wouldn't just blindly jump in and open a long there just because it was my pre-calculated target level. Instead, I would look for bullish evidence first and then decide what to do next. I hope it answers your question.

Quick H4 Outlook (Update)

I quickly updated the significant S/R levels for the next 5 hours.. 1.1703 is highly important resistance level for bullish continuation..

FOMC minutes were really slow moments.. My long trade from 1.1694 is still open.. SL is now literally set to 1.1664.. I decided to leave it open and calling it a day.. See you tomorrow after London opening..
