Totally agreed Davit. Not good on the northern side of the border either. We've already been seeing job losses in Ontario. I'm hopeful that it gets resolved soon but it's not likely. I don't think Canada can win this petty argument over NAFTA but totally agree that our Government did what was needed due to Trumps Tariffs. If you read more into it you'll see that Canada was very selective on what it imposed tariffs on for a reason... hitting the states that could help swing votes away from Trump down the road.... smart but still not sure it'll matter.

Oh well, I keep making money either way so I know I'll be fine... lets just hope my country can say the same.

Hi,

I am having a lot of trouble getting my pivot lines to look like any of the ones which were posted recently. I would appreciate it if someone could possibly post a 4h chart of a couple of pairs along with a picture of how they set up the Davits Pivots. I realize that I need to fiddle with the times that are set as the Start and Finish but I have gone through all the times in the 24 hours and still not close. So there must be something else I am doing wrong.

EN is almost about to encounter massive weekly resistance. Perhaps a good time to start watching this pair.

AN is showing no signs of slowing down, but about to encounter Daily resistance. Watching this one with interest from the side-lines for now.

Agreed NOT GOOD!. The company I work for supplies Aluminum Door Leafs & Storefront framing to the Glass trade(Commercial side only, not Residential). We fabricate extrusions that are made in the USA that in turn buy raw/recycled Aluminum from Canada. We supply Local here in BC, small amount to Alberta & Washington State. Tariffs? Go Figure... its a pissing match.

We just received a larger than normal order from the USA to save the 10%, which we will have to start charging our customers more, as well they will pass on to theirs. Keep in mind we buy materials in USD & sell CAD. There is one extrusion plant we deal with in Alberta that has some of our dies. not all. An alternative that may force the owners hand to stay competitive or have an edge is to buy the extrusions from India. This would involve longer supply times, larger orders, more storage and having ALL our dies made (aprox 50). Dies are aprox $1000 -$1500 depending on shape, etc.

As well, note our local population, albeit small comparatively to USA cities, has a huge diversified culture. Mostly East Indian & Chinese, Filipino, Japanese etc. And since the 2010 Olympics I have noticed more Europeans (all parts of Europe). I just have to keep my ears open in the local grocery stores to hear the different languages spoken. Our cost of living is among the highest & I just don't know how the young in their 20's will ever save enough to own their own home.? let alone live day to day. Rent is 50-70% of some peoples monthly income. We have booming local economy going here right now & for the the past decade...skilled trades are needed mostly, as well other industries are looking to hire. Signs "for hire" are abundant. Wages suck comparative to cost of living. What the heck are the newly needed immigrants going to do? hope they have lots $$$ when they land. Some do, some don't.

Considering the USA is our closest trade partner, as well US companies are here doing business...watch out for China...they love it here...quietly taking all they can get...What the heck are our politicians thinking? thinking for themselves it appears...and the pissing match will continue.

I'm not politically motivated, but do vote...blindly. I predict more foreign trade with Euro,Asia, Mexico & less w/USA to come in the near future. So sad, too bad for USA. Hope this works it way out for the better of all.

I am fortunate enough to live here and be close to retirement (hopefully 5-10 yrs working)...working hard to make it less, thus is why I am determined to be a consistent profitable trader and will trade for a living. Thanks to all on this thread. My rant is over...onward & upward...

All resistance (like records) were made to be broken.

The thing to ask ourselves here is: Have the fundamentals on NZD changed to make it much weaker, or just weaker?

instructions on 1st page. Change only time zone -/+ until it lines up broker candle false!
10pips more or less is ok
go here click on WEEKLY fib pivots and check it

The indy which you are using is version 3.2. The indy on the first page was version 3. I was able to find the indy on the clipboard. Once I changed it everything came into line. It might be helpful to change the version on the first page when you can.
