Got the retrace. Up around 0.5%

I will post up the charts once I get my cuppa down, lol.

A cuppa is needed to break the instinct to go after it and add to the green side...the blood's up! However, that's the very worst time to be going after anything, as if you do, The Monster will chew you up and spit you out. So time to take a break and a breather away from the screens. Reassess the situation once the dust settles.

The day is still green.

i was going to say earlier.
My bias for Cable is Long,
The 00-00 4 bar High broke then retraced to break the Low,
This could of been a good trade. which of course i did not do.

Cable, i do have a Long running, BUT i entered off a retrace.
IF it fails it wont be as much yaaaaaay

Cable, due to the 08-00 15 min bar being only 13 points, i have adjusted the bar to 15

My modest daily range is approx 13182, we might chase it

Ah, yes...Dragon Breath. I admit, I had not seen that. Just did as I logged back in coming here.

I was going to say that I would now look to snip away to add to the DAX tally, however, I have to say that it just feels...off...and that move pushing way through Demand to the next level...mmmmmmm...that did nothing to help the unease I was feeling. Being suckered once, you can live with but walking head first into another one, not so much.

So, in the meantime, I will post up my charts for that trade run.

It's been a while since I have had to tussle so hard with The Monster and although it's brutal, it does you good to get a shake up once in a while (I keep telling myself that).

Anyway. To paraphrase one of my favourite books: ''Here's what happened.''

DAX-Monster 06:00 - 08:00 (The Tale of the Tape )

As I said, got suckered into the Long move. Immediately went wrong (not even taking the slippage into account)...

I then took the counter (using the 10 min chart). Then added a second Short trigger on top (again from the 10 min chart info).

That took us all the way through the Demand Zone (weakling!) and to the Low Pivot. After such a strong momo move, I was reluctant to trust a reverse until I saw evidence of enough momo going the other way.

Once I got that (once again, the 10 min chart is where I am working), I took a Long position and that finally dragged me clear...

minus 23 but i got the +5% as normal and a bonus +2%.

i am now minus 21
