Indicator seems good but I think that most of us have still problem that it doesn't show any arrow. I have tried with many brokers and all versions and it just doesn't show arrows. I've never had any problems with any other indicator.

I'm not convinced that the thread is dying - it just doesn't move at the same pace as some others. Kelvin has done an amazing job here and continues to revise and upgrade the system. People have been waiting for the system to stabilize a bit, and with v3.4 we are pretty close. Its then that people will start using the system continuously and begin to post their trades.

Majamivice,

I have never had a problem with the arrows (using multiple brokers). Can you confirm that you have the SwingHighLowStrategyv3.4 indicator on your charts? Cheers

I don't think so..This is the testing stage and many persons like me are testing it as we speak. i don't have a result to show yet as i just started testing.

The only challenge at the moment is that i noticed that price pushes the trend line to new highs or lows.
i have tried to start trades with a trend, now i prefer to follow the trend

I have stopped testing this not because it is a bad strat. I have stopped because it is way-way to hard on the CPU and I cannot run it on VPS because it crashes it and I have multiple strats being tested. I am also concerned why the indicator looks into my configuration of my mt4. Maybe I am being paranoid but Kevin never answered when another trader asked why.
I think there is real potential here but I cannot test it out properly if my computer is always freezing up. My system has never had a problem with any other indicator and I have had multiple tests going on with no problems.

And error" cannot open ZigZag
EDIT: I have installed ZigZag indicator and now it works. But nobody said that we need ZigZag for this version.

He likely assumed everyone had it installed, because its a standard indicator in MT4. Good to see that you have it working.

I took that AUDNZD H1 trade 45 minutes ago, so lets see how it does.

Just took this USDCAD trade. Though another of my challenge is that i have never seen the take profit line drawn, i know its not suppose to draw at the early stage of a trend yet i haven't seen it even after the trend has run much pips. maybe i need to set something aright .

Note that the trend line moves when a new high/low is created. From below, it was first on the high of the first blue spot then it moved to the high of the next blue spot. this means you need to understand the market movement to detect when a new trend is about starting or wait for a trend to start then follow the trend with the indicator.

Hey, all -

I just downloaded the new strategy from the Google drive. On installing it, my antivirus program chirped, said it found something and deleted a file. Not pointing a finger at K - any time you share a file on a public drive, you're risking this - but I thought I should let you all know.

The swinghighlow indicator is compiled into exe format for auto installation using metasetup

Metasetup is an Auto installer software visit site

It's an installer so most anti virus should treat it as a threat even when it isn not.

Solving the fake-out from horizontal line shift

Find a Horizontal line in an Uptrend (Red)

Remember uptrend is characterized by ‘’Higher highs and higher lows’’

- Allow for price to consolidate around horizontal line
- Observe if the price formation has changed routine (of higher highs and higher lows) to ‘’lower highs and lower lows
- If this is true take arrow signals for sell
