Buyers came in nicely but the sellers also defended their area.

This area must be defended by the buyers again. I don't like how they are being handles at the moment.

I took this trade because of the PA on the 233T. We made a clear low, so expected that bears would step in. Moreover, SL was very small. I used the 89T to manage my trade.

Overly aggressive and a bit trigger happy today as I have been idle for a few days. Overall -4 points on the day. Can you all see how risk reward offsets bad trades?

My middle entry was more impulsive than technically based but got taken and regrouped to follow my plan and overcome the stupid little voice.

Tonight as I have been making some observations and trying to improve my skills.. I noticed what seem to be a strong bull move that seem to come from some strong economic reports. It kind of reminded me of the retailer type moves in the forex market. Nevertheless, the technicals from last night, although sluggish seemed to favor the bears. And the rate hike just seemed to help the bears out. Of course I am just a speculator and I can merely speculate. I am still focusing on my current target.

I still like I am on a super slow learning curve though. Eventually I will get it. I hope you all got those strong swings in both directions.
Luck has no place in trading. Leave that for the poker table.

Seems like we got our market back now it's time to get back to work. Next week we will plan a live stream to continue to discuss how to identify strengthening and weakening within bar by bar analysis. This will help improve timing on entries.

For me, the news accelerate only the price move, but does not influence otherwise the PA.
