Yadix new spread

Yadix recently upgraded liquidity and now offering and unbelievable spread, I recorded average on EURUSD at 0.12 pips (over 100,000 ticks) and spread at 0 pips for 31.5% of these ticks. Also, I upgraded to VIP account withe raw spread plus commission of 2.50 per 100k traded ($5 per round lot).

Is this the most competitive combination available, meaning spread + commissions as I only find lower ecn commission at other brokers with spread from 0.5 pips or more?

CAUTION: There are now two FPA Traders Court guilty verdicts against Yadix. The FPA recommends an extremely high level of caution dealing with this company unless these issues can be resolved.

Information about the broker seems to not be accurate.
While on their page it's written that it was open in 2010, we see on other pages that the company was founded in 2014.

Most reviews are negative and quite a lot of reviews flagging no protection on negative balance.
I won't say the word Scam but place them in a list of brokers to never invest with.

@Drolph - PFA is also considered a shady domain and there are rumors that they are closing an eye/ deleting negative reviews for some brokers.
