DislikedGentlemen, Anybody here had the issue with trades from a particular day not showing up with the broker (Phillip Capital). The executions show up in the ninjatrader executions tab and yes the trades are done under the same account but I woke up today to see the account balance reflecting what it was the day before yesterday. I have emailed the support, lets see what they says... On top of that, I got a terrible fill for my last trade today. Closed at +47, ended up with +32. Still happy that it is positive though.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi Pradlal, I had a confusing thing happen last month when I had a few M6B trades in one day and held a few overnight. Maybe you're in the same situation. It was like the brokerage took the orders out of order...or missed an exit completely. When I woke up my entry price on the open trade was 30 points off and match This is interesting. But for me, I close all trades the same day. I have attached a screenshot of the chart for yesterday as well as the executions tab for context. {image} {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} I'm sure they'll explain better than I can as I'm not sure what even happened with mine that day. I wonder if the brokerage's end of day is based on New York or Chicago time rather than your local time. When you figure it out please post here as I'd like to know what they say. Thanks!Ignored
