This goes back to FXH and his SSBO thingy. Tight range has to break some time - 30 on g/u maybe 20 e/j.

I watch the Dax for signs of trends and consolidations. Those are the only instruments I watch.
If nothing much seems worthwhile I sit on my hands or Mrs T shoves me into the garden to be dragged around the garden by the lawn mower.
When I was young Mrs T and I had little time for house work gardening etc. Now I am verging on "old" Mrs T suddenly finds lots of gardening or household tasks for me.....hmmmm

I should add that I am the dilettante here and my trading skill is limited. Others here are more qualified by dint of experience and success. So pester them for pearls of wisdom.

Just looking at charts shows how good these breaks are after consolidation...

Maybe the thread you speak of, maybe he had a specific entry trigger
