Disliked{quote} i really appreciate your response to inquiry please help with the link to the template and the indicator you used, i believe the indicator i downloaded is the combine one...if you have the link where the indicator and template are please help me with it.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Sure. If you look at the top right corner of any thread, you will see a paperclip icon with a number next to it. For this thread, you should see the paperclip with "151" to the right of it (that's the number right now...it could change anytime some adds another attachment). Click the paperclip and you will see all attachments that have been posted to the thread in one place. The template and dashboard I use are the ones from Asw on May 18. There are some dated later but those are the ones that work for me. Let me know once you find them...Ignored
Disliked{quote} The EJ weekly looks valid if you are allowing bear/bear candle combinations and Type 2. I believe Joseph's original model was candles of different colors (bull/bear, bear/bull). I'll have to defer to him. What pair is the second chart?Ignored
DislikedThis is EA for this Strategy. Change StopLoss,TakeProfit as you want. (Don't make SL and TP too tight. If do so,the order fails.) If SL and TP is both 0,SL and TP becomes a last bar's bar-Length. Orders will expire if not filled. Enjoy backtesting. {file}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi John0415. Thank you for your effort to code an EA and to share it with the community. Personally, I like using tools and automation that could potentially help me. That said, may I offer a suggestion? Since Joseph95 started this thread and expressed his desire to not have any EAs posted, maybe you would consider starting another thread of your own and post your EA there. That would allow those who wanted to test your EA and provide feedback to do so without muddling up Joseph's thread with all of the back and forth that accompanies testing,...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Brother, It makes complete sense the way you are sharing your trading strategy I have one question please During the anticipated long trend when a counter candle stick is formed, I mean long wick and close above/below previous candle, would you close that trade or would rather bring the stop loss bit around close to that place? Thanks in advance RIgnored
Dislikedpersonally i have being giving this trading pattern a trial ever since this thread has being opened, all i can say is that the result for me has being encouraging so far but i will like for support and resistance indicator or something to determine support and resistance.it will surely help determine a more safer place to take trade and it will also help filter trades better, though i which i have a good support and indicator to help but i will not mind if it can be added.Ignored
DislikedTill now i have studied it on m5. It works and there are a lot of signals. A dashboard working only for spot M5 signals (both type 1 and 2, or if you want more chances only type 1) could be very useful, because m5 it's a very fast TF, and without it we could miss some good signal. For D1 W1 and MN tf it's useless IMHOIgnored
Disliked{quote} What do you mean "For D1 W1 and MN tf it's useless IMHO"? Wasn't this the first rule from the first post? ------------------Ignored
DislikedKeep in mind that I always used the almost best possible exit. I know its not realistic, but this just shows whats possible if you let few positions run. TP1 RR1:1 was hit anyway most of the time. Its up to the trader what to make out of the rest. Like I said with keeping attention to price action theres much possible, but even trading this entry method blind its still profitbale for now. I know that 20 trades per pair are not much and I will keep on testing, but the results looking good for now.Ignored
