modest daily range..
it opened at 13385 so modest adr is High 13475 & Low 13295. that is 90 either side of 13385..

Then......we had the 00-00 4 bar this adjusts the range to
High 13451 & Low 13295

then we had the 04-00 4 bar the modest range is now H 13442 & Low is same from 00-00 which is still 13295

then we have the 08-00 4 hour bar which is still playing at this moment in time t 08-35 H is 13423 and the Low is still 13295.

H 13423 & Low 13495..

the high will be adjusted when the bar moves lower hopefully the low will be hit.
if it starts to retrace up, we then watch the 00-00 4 bar easy lol

Remember my modest range today is 90.
Example....
if it opens at 500 ,,, my High is 590 & Low is 410 ( add/subtract 90 to/from open)

as soon as we have movement we add/subtract to the high /low .
so if it drops 40 to 460 (500 - 40=460) the high is now (460 + 90 =550) High 550.

But the Low is still 410...

and vice versa. if it moves up 40 to 540( 500 + 40 = 540) the Low is now 450..(540 -90 =450) and the high is still 590..

once the 00-00 4 bar has been established , this is now the bar to watch for breaks/continuations.

i nailed one of the inside bars aggressively on the 4 hour bar.
i have not done that for ages.

Going to set up the bee hive, gf is on the list to receive a swarm of bees, so things need to be ready..

i then book a table in a restaurant, can you do that in McDonalds lol.

once hive is sorted i will send flowers to restaurant so they can display them on table as a surprise.
