You two and your ponies....lol. I used to skip high school (a lot more than I should have) to go to the horse track. My dad was a thoroughbred Owner and Trainer and my best friends dad was the Best tout there was in the area. (Kentucky). I grew up at the horse track. My brother is still a Trainer at River Downs and Turfway Park. I love the ponies.....I just don't bet them anymore. You guys are a BAD influence on me....I try to ignore your betting..hahaha. GL though. BTW, I like "closers" (horses that finish strong)

Sometimes they can actually be the best. Unless there is some huge news driving it and you are standing in front of a freight train, then it is actually likely that you will get a reaction off the top of that bar, on the open of the next.

The fact that it closed almost directly below a major Supply Zone would give me confidence that we'd get some kind of drop.

Again, we're only going for +5 (watch your spreads obviously if you are in amongst news as that could ultimately keep you out).

If you do get caught on the wrong end of huge momo, then you could get creative and double-lot the break on the end of the direction of travel. Take advantage of it.

EDIT: I should point out that I didn't get in on it - busy elsewhere.

2yo Non-Handicaps are not normally my thing but yep, that's a good option for sure.

8 to 14 or so runner Handicaps are my usual hunting ground. Then it's all about the numbers.
