The 00-00 to 04-00 is usually a shorter range so therefore easier to trade,,BUT subject to whip. (whip kills)

You can even change the bar from 02-00 to 06-00..

the 04-00 4 hr bar, it includes the Frankie open and it is sort of waiting to be busted lol.

It has been noted by myself and books, the Asian session usually moves opposite to London break.
That does not bother me.

Long long ago, I think I remember asking about a 16:00 GU trade setup. Maybe, I just dreamt it lol, maybe it doesnt exist, can't really remember ... But I am sure it was in this thread. ... Something related to banks...

Billy? Lem? Any idea

Now that am caught up with all the main breakout methods, next up is the supply and demand trades. If i can get those and mix and match with my other methods then i can confidently start target trading for 5% like you pros.....After going through a gazillion forums on FF, this is so far the best thread that has consistent daily pips

yes,on the same day i lent you £50 remember lol....

it is the 4 0 clock fix, used globally by banks etc.

google 4-00 pm fix and you will get a better explanation than from me..

Yep, it was based off of Claudia's GBP Fix. It settled on a break of the 17:00 candle.

I ran it for a while as Billy's Afternoon Delight....B*A*D.

It does work, I just kept forgetting about it because of the weird time, lol.

EDIT: It runs on Cable. Just in case that's not obvious.

S+D is the secret sauce (for me, anyway).

Also, always remember that WZ is based of the concept that wicks are mini Supply+Demand Zones.

Yes, but if I should add..... Maybe the third point.... Keep the exact same discipline (max $$ loss per day that you can afford before stopping, same entry rules, etc...etc...) after a loss. This is maybe the most important rule.

Remember that the best salesman are the ones that go from one NO to the other, while keeping the same discipline. For an outsider, it might look desperate, the person must say, this guy is losing his time and will never sell it. But the salesman knows his stats, he knows he will make his quota for the day after a hundred NO. He will not try to sell another product after a few no's, he will not become pushy to sell fast, etc.... He will keep doing it as he trusts his stats and knows that discipline pays off at the end.

What helped me even more is going back to the first page of this thread and reading through, also writing down what I should do today, the exact tasks, the charts I will open (and stick to them), writing my stats as percentage/pips but not focusing on them, writing goals, I focus more on doing what I planned to do than on money progress...

I am struggling every single day against my parents, because they say I am loosing my life and my time in front of the PC doing trading. They say it only because I haven’t earned a lot of money... notice I trade with micro lots and it is very hard to grow up the account with 0.01 and 5 pips tp . At this time with what I have learned here, also trading with 0.50 I could have earned at least 1000 euro. I have already did the 100% (on250 euro) but with another method... medium/long term trading

You know trading it’ very hard and stressful. Imagine if while trading your mom and your dad would say to you, 4/5 times a day everyday that you are a looser and you are loosing your time. It would be 10x harder keep on going.

If only I had the money for trade... ohh what a satisfaction would be. I’d shut them up in 5 days
