Disliked{quote} I am trailing aggressively since I don't like the volume of the downward candles at the yellow arrow. Sorry you are out... EDIT: Putting my stop under 38.2 of the current swing seem TOO aggressive so it is under the 50.0 and under structure EDIT2: Taken out. +22 {image} {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} I'm also long at 24803, I don't love this trade, we're near the top of this ascending range, but the bull move that got us here was really strong so there might be some more left in them. Your entry look great but I think we're both in trouble on this one, we'll see.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes it does not look good so far. But we entered, we are responsible so we let it play out. Good luck to us both. @x3m-pippin - good to know, I have not heard this before but it appears you are correct on the deep correction. We will see if it ends up as an expectation change. Side note: can someone tell me how to add multiple quotes in one reply hereIgnored

DislikedI'm out, -9 pts on the day but actually green with +11 effective pts. More contracts on the winners than the losers. -187 on the week. Haven't had a red week since mid march, hope tomorrow brings something green.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Sorry for the late response, you may have already been answered to your previous question but Ill explain why I would have been at a BE for this trade. You should have been expecting a shallow correction (38-50 fib) because it hit the 1.27 fib extension of the previous swing. Price hit the 32 perfectly where you should have gotten in but then it had a hard time getting past structure which is where you should have gotten in at a BE or taken profit. I was able to short this since it corrected so deeply and now am a tiny bit green for the...Ignored
Disliked{quote} What should have been my indication not to enter was how little trouble the bears had breaking through structure and the fact that the bulls struggled moving up through structure. Your reply does bring up a question though - the 1.27% fib ext is an indication of a shallow correction? I was under the impression that 1.27 is low-mid projection, not a strong projection, meaning we expect a mid-deep correction. Am I wrong about that?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Sorry I draw my fib extensions differently than Mr.Pip. He draws them from the low to the NSH back to the low. So his 1:1 is at the 127% fib... my 1:1 is at the 100%. If you look at the photo you can see how I draw them. {image}{image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Damian if you don't mind can you please refresh my memory: How far does price need to come back in order for you to count it as a correction in your analysis. Is ti 23.6 or 38.2?Ignored
Disliked{quote} I believe its 38.2 which is considered the first shallow correction but I'm sure he will answer. However, I believe he rarely takes 38.2 fib corrections due the poor R:R.Ignored
