If the first balance line is a support line and price moves up, am I right to say that the next higher balance line you choose can either be a support or resistance balance line? Meaning to say that the choice of balance line is totally flexible depending on how the price reacts.

Or maybe I totally misunderstood, a balance line is just a line in the middle (neutral), it does not care whether it is at support or resistance.

the balance line can be set everywhere,
but if you set the balance line at a good position ,you will have few cross before the big win.
but if you set the balance line at some bad position, you will loss many times.

i don't recommend that set the balance line at the middle at consolidation,i recommend that set the balance line at the resistance or support.

please translate and learn. anybody who know chinese can help me to translate it to english. thanks. because these words are important. 我教给你们的不是一个系统,像tms或者均线交叉一样的东西,我教给你们的是一种思想,这种思想告诉你们如何判断市场,如何处理市场,并且如何得到最优解。...

Google translates it in this way:

What I teach you is not a system. Like tms or mean crossover, what I teach you is an idea that tells you how to judge the market, how to deal with the market, and how to get an optimal solution.
Some people are questioning whether this system will be profitable. I would like to tell you that the two most important things are: the first one is the balanceline choice, the second is the profit/loss ratio, and only those who take profits will be able to obtain success
Regarding ea, that was what I used to do for mathematics research. It can't be applied to actual combat, but it tells us that you don't even have to carefully choose the position of balanceline. You just need to set the stop loss to take profit at 1:3. You can get a very nice profit.

One post before it:
For you, your question is too basic, indicating that you have a complete understanding of the concept of resistance and support. A high point or a low point is definitely not a resistance support level. The resistance support level can only be discovered by people afterwards. Only when the price hits a certain position, can everyone use him as a resistance and support level before they can go. Use it instead of guessing where the position is.

Hi Liunlin, do you enter everytime price hits the line or once per candle, and is it at candle close?

You are right! So many do not get what have you share. I can use it for my trading and gives me a great smile, because i am longer trading, but this is an awesome simple new way for enter the market. You have said, it is not about a strategy and for me it is clear that all the other tasks must done by us. Hope the people here get this right and do not destroy your effort.

Thanks ...

I must be missing something here, really.

Op says that the "balance line" is either resistance or support line which is good, but i don't understand why you have to keep trading the crosses of th eline.

If it is a resistance line, just place the sell the order and let is drop in price. with 3:1 ratio and let it hit TP

If it is support line, just buy and let it go up in price to hit your TP (you can have 3:1)

Why do we need to enter trade every time we get a cross of this line... someone help me pleeeeeeze
