I might leave all together as there is now enough info out there for all you you to try this method. Now you must all decide on your own stop losses. Take profit. How long to hold the trade. I took me years to figure out all this stuff and make it a success.

Exactly! I wanted to say this from the beginning but I didn't want to overstep my bounds... Everyone in here knows what pairs they should be trading from the strategy but.... Chart analysis, entries, SL, holding trades, partial profit taking, exits, etc, all need to be learned through experience!! Through hours and hours of chart time, through hard work, then it finally clicks and you find your rhythm.

Anyways, im gonna focus on my trading and studying instead of posting, time is a valuable thing. If you do decide to keep on with it Neil and some trolls trickle in, pm me and i'll take the trash out

These rankings change daily unlike the scorpionfx ones. It keeps your trades low if you take the top and bottom as a trade IF it meets the SSI method as posted by OSJOE - Keep the trade open until the SSI changes or any other method YOU CHOOSE. If the rankings change and a trade comes back (TOP V BOTTOM) that has already been a selection you ADD to that position. So if you had one lot on the NZD/USD from the 25th April you know add one lot, so you know have two lots on the NZD/USD short. etc. etc.

Now I'm out of here until New York closes. I have brain ache.

Just a few thoughts. Mainly to newcomers to this thread. Newcomers to forex. Welcome, to the crazy house but please read the following. It will help you understand a bit better and maybe find that forex is not for you.

The strategy and ideas on this thread are supplied for free.. you are not being asked to pay for anything....So I will not supply my complete strategies to you. So please don't ask.

The basics are there in the first post. The best way to learn is to go and try it yourself and put your own mark on it. Try different things like a RSI period 2 HLC3 on the H4 chart. Try it on the daily chart for a long time trade. Do you have a favourite indicator? Try that with it but follow the SSI rules.

To be honest newbies should only be reading rated FX books. Search amazon for some top rated book on trading forex etc. Stop reading forum threads on forex systems until you know all the basics and more. 99.9% of the systems on this forum FAIL. They might even be good systems. A lot do work but if you don't know the very basics of forex and how it works.. You will fail.

Remember what goes down MUST go up again and vice verser. Take the NZD/USD it won't fall forever. Sentiments change. The big guys change to another pair. They stop selling which makes it go the other way. They do it to confuse you and the most important part. TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

They are cleverer then all of us put together. I found a way NOT to beat them at there own game but to follow them as best I can. No system is ever perfect.
If your looking for that H G it doesn't exist. Never has and never will.

Even I have losers. Big losers now and again. If I didn't i'd be on a yaught in the south of France and not sitting in an office in my house in a village in England.

I taught my daughter this the other day as she finds the forex market fascinating. Yes, she is 12 and find it all fascinating.

I explained to her to look at the forex market like the British weather.

One day it's hot. Too hot it's unbearable (Markets are fast, very fast and everyone is buying. Prices are going through the roof)

The next day it's still hot but not as hot as the day before. You can walk around the park but the heat is bearable (Market is still rising but not as fast as the day before)

The next day it's cool and raining. Not heavy rain but enough to give the flowers a good watering (A pullback)

It's quite warm the day after. Not hot but just nice. (Markets have stalled a bit. Quite a bit of buying and selling - The market doesnt know which way to go - The big guys are starting to play with your mind. They are waiting until you make your next move)

The next day the sun is out and it start off cool, then gets hot (The market start off slow and then bam.. markets rise fast and everyone start buying again)

OH here comes the crunch.. The next day it's like a monsoon outside. (Markets are falling fast, taking out all you gains and putting you in a loss. The big guys took there money somewhere else. Closed all there positions and left you with egg on your face wondering what the &$*& happened.

An easy lesson on how the markets work. There as unpredictable as the British weather.

I was staying in a hotel in London some years ago and this very nice American family came up to me and said what beautiful weather you are having at the minute. It's so nice and warm. They were shocked when I explained to him how three days earlier it was snowing.

Even using my method you will go into drawdown sometimes. Close trades as a loss. Get mad as prices where falling and then rise faster the you thought possible.
We can never ever beat them. But we can join them sometimes and enjoy the ride.

Today is test day. After a few good weeks of hot weather. Has that monsoon arrived for the USD etc.. Are they testing us to see what we do. Have they turned the table and making prices go higher so retail traders start selling. We don't know cause they are to clever for us.

LiteForex still has them...I use them.

Here is a side-by-side of the GbpJpy and LFXJPY...as you can see they are pretty close. You could even make a offline version if you wanted to just by doing a little searching here on FF and find the offline chart script/indy to do it.

best option is not to use MT4 - for anything.

Use tradingview index or another platform.
