Disliked{quote} Hi, you cannot control the dashboard settings from a PIN, you can only send buy/sell signals.Ignored
Disliked{quote} In my PIN a zone is not the area between levels of support, it is the area surrounding a line of support bounded by the dotted lines.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Your definition of a zone is ... if you have the setting at a 3 pip buffer, that is 3 pips either side of the Fib line (the Indicator default) and your Pin will only send a signal if the price action closes in that 6 pip zone between the dotted lines? Correct? As I believe this was created to be used as part of the Davit strategy to determine where the actual price action is in relation to the Fib Pivots please explain exactly how this can be used in that strategy providing the user with the knowledge of the exactly where the Price Action...Ignored
Disliked{quote} So I cannot set individual trades TP / SP ?..for example with the help of support and resistance which are an included module already in the dashboard ?Ignored
Disliked{quote} The original explanation of the PIN is here: https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...1#post10893931 As per line 1 of that post, this is just an attempt to detect some possible entry conditions. I have never made any claims that it emulates or even comes near to Davit's strategy. The similarity is that it uses Fib levels to calculate predicted support and resistance.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Time for me to eat ... It's not about direction it's about location ... apologies Andy and thanks for your patience PS Any chance of adding an alert Popup, eMail etc ... if not no problem {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi. I am pleased we are back on the same page. I will put the alert on the todo list. I recognize there is a demand for this in manual trading - several of the PINs could benefit from alerts.Ignored
Dislikedhello jagzuk thouk you give Pin Can you increase order type in Pin: selllimet sellstop buylimit buystop If it can, it will be perfect {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi. Nice chart, clearly shows the price reacting to S38. If I understand correctly, you would like the PIN to be able to scale-in orders as the price moves away from an S/R zone or the Weekly pivot. Is that correct? Controlling a series of orders with a PIN is quite complex because you can only send a buy/sell signal to EAX. Extra settings are needed in EAX to prevent opening multiple orders from the same signal. However, you could program a scale-in using the Sit On Hands settings in EAX. e.g. by setting One Order Per Bar, and/or Hold %ADR...Ignored

DislikedCan someone help please, maybe i am making some mistake. The pin trailing stop, is activated on my dashboard but it is not closing trades, i have auto & close buttons both enabled. The usdchf order already passed the trailing lock line, but the trades are not closed, by no it passed the breakeven line also but trades were not closed. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi, it appears you have the pin set up correctly (I can see the exit signal on USDCHF PIN 5). Therefore, check the Dashboard settings for closing trades - e.g. Enable trigger on any enabled close. Failing that, I see you are using the super-new version of EAX with 9 pins, there may be differences in the setting for this version that I do not know of (I don't use it yet). Ask also in the Dasboard EAX thread if you still have problems. {image}Ignored
