in a brief 1sec, how many incoming tick = how many new order EA will execute.

So far so good. No issue whatsoever.
This EA is even better than my personal best EA001..
So it will take my main task for live trading..

Anyway good luck with the hybrid mode guys. i prefer 2 independent leg mode..

Same here, been trading it live for 2 weeks. I set either buy or sell on pairs one cycle only decided by my own analysis.
So far so good, only on 0.01 lot at moment, after another few weeks of good results I will ramp it up.

I have come in rather late but from what I read this is exciting.
can someone please post the latest whiz-bang EA and a doc so I can start using on my demo.
I usually trade the M1-M15 timeframes but this looks very enticing..

New Version smForexRM EA_v4.1

If you look at the messages in "Expert", the StopLoss are wrong!
Try this version 4.1 now. I have corrected some mistakes.

There is a problem when long bars appear - we need the recovery, and the use of more as 1 pending order, not 1 market order like in the first Buyer/Seller versions!
The other problem is when the EA is interrupted. At the weekend you can save the limits in global variables, but it is more complicated if there is a failure during the day. I still need time and patience for this solution.

Just to let you know. Thanks for your version 4.1. On my demo it starts with 146 buy positions. Thereafter it runs correct.

I am testing this EA Forex RM V2 in non hybrid mode that is I switch on the buy or sell but not both depending upon my assessment and seems to be doing a decent trade if i get the direction right .

As time is a constraint I was thinking of a weekly trader EA breakout style and would be happy if any mate can help me to code it .

Haven't heard from Phillip Lee, hope he is ok, a mind blowing 143 buys and 77 sells, using 3.3 rocket,didn't experience the massive, multiple trade volume like previous however, few points, first and foremost the EA done well but didn't keep the levels of buy and sell, if we consider the cycle, open of trades then close at profit, cycle restart, all was good but on a few cycles, many buys opened as expected, then the price dropped to the level of sells but no sell pending line, it was there but way above the price, on restarting the EA the sells appeared, so maybe a function of restart, which brings me to the second point, the EA needs to take a breath then start again, after profit is hit and trades closed the EA is still working looking for trades, it closes all trades then some are taken immediatley, it needs a sleep function to give the user time to stop or let it continue, or just restart itself, putting all back in order, understand it's auto trading but being too quick is a problem, please bare in mind this is live trading and I'm seeing this first hand and intervening, hence why it cannot be left unattended, my observations, hope it all helps, D

Well Done Kamtal. Honestly, to trade in that way, namely, do our analysis first then employ the Buyer or the Seller and do only one cycle of trade was my original intention of having started this thread and I must say that thanks to Tictac-nur's generous contribution, that objective had been 100% fulfilled in her EA version 2.2 and 2.4.

Of course thereafter we discovered the other potential of this logic/hybrid which is to trade BOTH Buyer and Sellers legs together either independently (Non-Hybrid Mode) and or Concurrently (Hybrid Mode).

Keep it up Kamtal & with the help of other indicators you WILL do well because the EA is so flexible and it will compensates whatever mistakes you made in your analysis and or a bad entry.

Please read my post No. 192 above where I had demonstrated the strength of the EA trading in the original intended manner (ie like what you are doing now) whereby all the 9 pairs I traded were closed in profit generating almost 10% return in a single day of trading.

Good luck to your trading and I have no doubts that the EA you got it through this thread is one of the most effective free tool that you can get here in forexfactory! PERIOD!

Hi Tictac-nur, really nice to see you again and please do continue to follow the progress of this thread.

After reading Tictac-nur & Kamtal posts above, I suddenly realised that I had not tested the one cycle per day potential of Tictac-nur's V2.4 EA trading in both Non-Hybrid and Hybrid mode. So, I spent some time just now back testing the two pairs gbpjpy (both non & hybrid mode) and eurusd (non-hybrid mode only - this pair is not suitable for hybrid mode) on the whole of 2017 data (01.01.2017 to 31.12.2017) with the following universal settings:

Depth - 20
SL - 5
Depth between sub-orders - 5
Buyer - true
Buyer_1_cycle - true
Seller - true
Seler_1_cycle - true
Start afresh next day - true

And these are the results:

GBPJPY pair - NON-HYBRID MODE:

With regard to the Non-Hybrid Mode results as shown above, I can say that if you are an experienced trader who has the confidence to intervene manually to trade the cycle out as and when it is needed, it is quite safe to run the EA in Non-Hybrid Mode BLINDLY especially when the ONE CYCLE feature of the EA is employed.

But for newbies, better AVOID Non-Hybrid Mode. Its's quite risky. Non-Hybrid Mode is NOT meant to be employed BLINDLY - you are supposed to do your analysis first before deciding whether to employ the Buyer or the Seller.

The Hybrid Mode results trading one cycle per day as shown above is what I am interested in.

If you compared my earlier test on the Hybrid Mode when applied BLINDLY without the 'one cycle per day' filter, it actually made at least 10% LESS profit that the above results - the conclusion which may be drawn from the above test is that it is actually more profitable to trade one cycle per day in Hybrid Mode as compared to trading the same BLINDLY.

What I am trying to say is this - THE ONE CYCLE PER DAY FEATURE IS AN EFFECTIVE FILTER TO AVOID/REDUCE THE INCIDENCE OF DEADLOCK TRADING IN HYBRID MODE!!!

So, I was thinking if only Tictac-nur could update the V2.4 for the very last time (to V2.5) for the benefit of all of us here by incorporating the "minimal bar length" filter into V2.4 would make her EA almost complete for BOTH Non-Hybrid and Hybrid mode as I have no doubts that by employing BOTH the filters of "one-cycle per day" and "minimal bar length" TOGETHER could drastically reduce the incidence of deadlock situation in Hybrid Mode.

Tictac-nur, in view of the fact both the 'one-cycle' and trading in Hybrid mode features have already been perfected in your V2.4 EA, could you please, please, please do us all a big favour - could you please incorporate the "minimal bar length" feature into V2.4 and release it perhaps as V2.5??? Only the following two parameters needs to be coded in:

Minimal_Length_of_Curent_Bar_enabled - true/false
Minimal_Length_of_Curent_Bar - 10 (in pips and not in points)

Tictac-nur, could you please do us that last favour??? I think this is a very fair request from me as you have obviously benefited from my sharing of this logic/strategy in this thread. As I have repeatedly stated many times that all of us here are very thankful & appreciative of your generous contributions in this thread and the excellent EA that you have coded for us (both versions 2.2 & 2.4). I sincerely hope that you could incorporate that simple feature into the EA. Once again, thank you so much Tictac-nur for your generous contributions in this thread.

I have seen some things in the EA that have some room for improvement...

The trailing stop feature, works nice when first orders come in profit from the beginning, but if trades goes against us I have seen sometimes the EA not closing or trailing trade when in fact was in profit, at this point the trailing stop could have been activated for all the BUY or SELL orders and block our profits...
In order to fix it, then I have setup universal TP, but again it disables the whole purpose of trailing stop as automatically all the orders will be closed when this profit target is reached...

Maybe someone else can test it, but trailing stop is not working when we have multiple orders some of these orders in negative, could be interesting to see a version that is moving TPs (For the orders in profit) and SLs (For the orders in loss) together as trailing stop once some level is reached, in some cases we can reach a point that we can close our losing orders in profit and the winning ones in huge profit...

And buttons, o jeez, I miss some buttons XD

Actually testing TicTacNur EA, but don't really know what settings works best for the SL, and other paramaters :/

Thanks to all they worked on this project! But any release without the source code is useless for me. I would never run an EA on real money without knowledge of the source code. So any tests are vaste of time. Releases without the source also prevents me to make any contributiones as a software developer.
