EURO is very undervalued in my opinion.. time will show.. these are not the values this currency deserves.. my humble thoughts.. but yeah maybe you are right and we will revisit lows.. just a feeling for now.. nothing serious..

It is undervalued under normal circunstances, but the thing is with the negative swap the 1.25 is absurd considering investors are almost losing money in buying euro and keeping it so the longer it goes the lower the value of the euro should be.. but the expectation of everyone right now for that swap to change is getting so strong that they dont careand they'd rather pay the daily swap for a year or 2 and get the bond prices/euro/funds at the levels they were last year and cash in now or a bit later.. The point is.. Some of the big money cashed in around the 1.25 level and they need to reload.. And they will not pay a daily swap waiting to go higher they'd rather have the market balance itself first to enter..
Once the market swaps become positive euro will jump to 1.4 levels in 1 month.. but before that fundamental is too strong for that to happen..

So with that in mind, here we are the small fish trying to catch some of their leftovers up and down

Marking 1.2323 as potential near future support on H1... requires some time.. no rush..
