When I saw CJ initially thought you meant CHF then saw the chart !

My take on that is wait for the break then sell into pivot again.

Oh and you should try playing football with a bunch of 18 and 19 year olds!

lol good to spend time with them though.

Ok. No I don't use stops with that sort of trade as I'm here all day usually. If it goes against me I add until I win or take a reasonable loss. Mainly trade cable still and it goes up and down during the day giving plenty opportunities to get out of messes.

Nothing wrong with using stops - problem I guess is that most people either set them too tight or at obvious levels. Then blame broker.

Thanks Claudia, last question i promise lol, ive tried this on demo (adding To it) so say if ive got a short trade because there is major resistance above, if it travels further into the resistance you carry on adding shorts say every 5-10 pips until it turns , have i got that right, also if it keeps going against you, would you just close the trade as a loss or would you sometimes (counter-hedge it) Just asking as the boys have given me a few hours off, and i want to have a play on demo as per Lems idea

I am going to write that down on my notepad in massive letters as when i day trade that is excactly what i do, i tend to do both, takes someone else to point things out sometimes

Keep asking away I don't mind - there is no perfect answer though.

I don't counter Billy does. You got the idea though.

Thanks Claudia, yeah i thought that, i Totally get it, it sort of depends on the situation, things like how fast its going against you, where the pivots and support or resistance etc etc
