update on the stats for the open demo account i am showing. please remember i am not actively trading this account to show how much i can or can not make i am using it to show/document things i think may be of use to other TAF readers.

U/J .... i may not get a chance to trade this or may have to pull out early as i have a dentist appointment shortly after US open, but let us see.

U/J trade.... had to cut short due to my appointment.

U/J update... back from dentist minus a wisdom tooth. (maybe that is telling me something..lol).

not trading today, have some things to sort so will be out until about just before US open.

U/J trade... when it goes wrong/bad it is often best to just get out at the first opportunity.... the old man on the roof story from the TAF thread.

just a thought my friend.....when you had the 1 and 5 in short on m15: m15 was in uptrend price ran up into range and made HLs

1. action: price took out some ducks
2. reaction: price pulled back to retest support as bears had a go
3. result: long attack: mini L H HL and inside that we had bull attack of bears: inside bar + fakey then long: so here you could have flipped or put in a long trade to cover the shorts: think this is what Jupiter talks about who is attacking and where

Without a doubt it was a pre-emptive strike on my part and the p/a was up, the wind from the news should of drawn this down but some unexpected news was released shortly after hence the mess up and why I only added cautiously at first due to the p/a, the way Jupiter trades differs from the way I trade mainly in our time scales of trade, I have to allow more time for my trades to develop, the M1/M5 scalping trading is not for me I have found, that is why I use bigger time frames so my trades are slower and I am very comfortable with that as is Jupiter with the way he trades I dare say, there is no right or wrong way to do this, each of us must live or die by the decisions we make.

Good to see you around again, was wondering what happened to you, glad to see it was a holiday.

Yup went to Vietnam for some sun.... someone forgot my rules when I come back from holiday in February no snow or cold allowed....herrumph... tho no snow here at the mo'

just finished the above A/U trade but can not post yet as my trading computer went bang today and most of the trade except the last screen shot is on that hard drive, when i have a the new computer next week i will get it off the drive and post the whole trade.

power supply or motherboard ?, not worth repairing so ordered a new one, that one was only about 18 months old but was cheap so you get what what you pay for!

sorted now, new unit arrived late yesterday and is set up now.

no problem at all my friend you are very welcome , as i say take what is useful and discard the rest...for now. as we progress down our learning curve we all slowly understand a bit more and things you/me/everyone overlook for now may suddenly click with something in the future.

G/U trade...... have built some F/cap (about 13%) now so can afford to be a bit more aggressive and take slightly more risk when appropriate situation arises.
