Intraday resistance:
- 1.2300-11 the Monthly_Pivot
- 1.2327 the Weekly_Pivot
Intraday support:
- 1.2250;
- 1.2220 the Weekly_S1

My Intraday Trading:
Sold 2273 => 2250 ...hope for a little correction to that rally.

We're trading around yesterday's high/close.
Range only 34 pips so far.
Average volume over the 14 last 5min bars is very decent.
On the daily price has room to go until around 1.233
However, right now we're going down. Price well below VWAP.
Yesterday the retracements were very deep... that might happen now as well.
Part of the traders see this as good sell opportunities.
Support at 1.22530 (current level), 1.2234 and 1.2222
Strategy, sit and wait for price to choose direction.

Hi Ata and folks,

Fresh beginner here, currently trading demo for 5 months. Still trying to be consistently profit using price action only.
I use S/R zones and EMAs (10, 21, and 50) to identify potential setups.

Here is my take on EURUSD 1hr.
I will go long if this candle close as a pinbar that rejects the 10 EMA.

Any advice and guidance is greatly appreciated!

Edit: A doji with long lower tail is formed.
Put a buy stop on 1.22680
SL 1.22480
TP 1.23080
First Trouble Area 1.22880
If the buy stop doesnt get hit until the next candle i will cancel it.

Shorted exactly at this moment.

High volume bar going up..low range...
Taken out by another bar that started with high (prorata/projected) volume..then volume dropping of while going down taking out previous bar. FBO of my shallower channel forming a point 3 down.
Needed now is red, eventually increasing.

Intraday short on EU for 40-50 pips, retrace yesterday was just NFP jittering which is just priced in

NFP is next week bro.

Will take some time to give clues for direction. Best way is to stick to intraday latest trend: bullish, but question is at what price level will it bounce back up? 1.2263 is still resisting.. for how long?

I will respect H1 pinbar on high volume, these are rarely fake. MM will try to kickoff those who jumped to short as a correction. I still holding my big shorts.

Hi Ata,

What do you think about using EMAs to determine trend?
Some people suggest to look for higher/lower high/low but i always having difficulties seperating the real higher/lower high/low with price spikes.

I have a trendline there (1.2280). Will take partial profit but so far price goes there without retracement..(7 bars up in a row). Might go thru. nobody knows.

Is this a failed breakout?

In my opinion not...
1. not reached trendline yet
2. NOTHING going on with the volume... at resistance we expect high volume
3. no retracement yet after going up 7 bars in a row.
4. closing around the same prices..
5. 30min, 1hr, 4hr look nice.

I think the right action is hold, (for now). That can change any moment. As price is spending time there something IS going on with the volume (it's building up, not getting thru). So it has to be monitored how larger timeframes are doing (15min..tiny red bar now...decision moment if it's taken out on the downside)

But one would expect at least an attempt to go higher.

Price hit first trouble area on 1.2280 and i expect it to retest my entry. If all goes well it will then move up again after the retest and i will move my SL to entry 1.22680 after reaching 1R.

From the long wicks on hourly, all I can say is price will soon retest recent lows of today 1.2250 area and lower..
