Liquidity and fuel zones

Price generally moves from structure to structure squeezing one side of market most of the time, liquidation events are basically the single largest handed process that moves the markets intra-day, the larger the fuel zone buildup the more likely it is to be targeted, especially if its counter trend structural setup. The concept is that the majority of movements work the same way that internet mesh networking works, a node to node path to get to destination whichever node is free and open to accept initial transaction. A large fish could have in mind large move target in next several hours and in order to fill in position along side with that view the best way to fill it is using fuel zone as liquidity provider to push position in, either trough steps or if liquidation is large, by completly hiding it along other liquidated orders.

Generally market consists of two type of moves (which was discussed previously already), one is consistent buying/selling into the progressive move, and the other are liquidation events from fuel zones.


Conceptual example, if one was to have informational bias that X financial asset will likely drop 50 points in next few hours, but the price is already in down trend, thus filling very large order would just push price further down having a bad fill on large order, what would be best case scenario to fill a large order?
Waiting for fuel zone to establish, and use it as trigger.Or option two, pushing the price in oposite way into fuel zone to initiate second (real) entry there.

Power of consistency of behaviour and a change of one

Tracking clean price structures / trends and consistency of symmetrical behaviour is a way to trade rotational changes once price starts to behave different, especially if its backed by momentum and clean structural change.
The key link is for trader to really grasp which price lows and highs compared to avarage volatility are relevant and which are not. This is what confuses the most traders, the easiest way is for trader if its confusing or unsure to simply skip an asset, clear and clean rotations of behaviour should be easy to spot.
Key part is that trend / structure needs to build consistency with many highs and lows behaving with repeatable symmetry, this is when change happens it drives many players into making similar decisions. If structure / trend only has 1 or 2 highs in it that is not enough for build consistency. Highs and lows in trend should also be evenly spaced out in symmetrical volatility, all those factors add up to strenght of rotation once it comes.
Time factor, volatility symmetrical to time and obvious extreme levels are what creates powder keg.
Moving avarages or most of X indicators will never be able to tell you with decent statistical reliability when the trend change really has straight on potential of change (without significant DD), it has to be done trough reading the price or order flow.

Initial long closed on BE, opened second long on micro shelf lows for better RR.

9947 AUDCAD heavy clearout. Will look for long if it retraced back a bit. 9956 first target, depends on leg move for possible supply takeout.

Did not get fill, target 9956 reached on the move towards supply, bulls still perhaps targeting supply takeout altough not very clean thus not worth risking it full size.

1317 target baked on heavy move. Done and gone. No explanation needed on the 3 staged clearout/takeout.

LOW sold the longs on 87,88 heavy squeeze, bulls putting excellent fight 4 times, and afterwards squeezing the sellers.

Guess, or statistical knowledge based on process behaviour? Backed by initialization with controlled risk and entry initiation.

I see in the chart on this post ( USD/CHF ) that, if I'm not mistaken, your first entry is before it breaks the supply line or resistance above and the next entry is right on the resistance area

For someone who touches a 1 min chart and everything turns to Sh#t in an instant, would you recommend waiting for it to break the line.... then hold the resistance now turned support area......if that makes sense.
