Well, Im going back to demo trading after losing almost 50% of my account over the last three weeks. Crazy how on demo for 3 months I was consistently profitable with a great win rate. I've been dealing with a lot of personal family problems maybe its effecting my trading Im not sure. Im glad to see everyone having success today.

An observation about evocpr19's entries.....

I've noticed evo, that you take a lot of trades after a 2nd rotation. After an initial rotation rotates past the moving average you have on screen, pulls back, and then rotates again, you'll enter.

Often the 2nd rotation puts you at a worse price, but with greater confidence ???

Not sure, that it is of interest of all.

I came by pure hazard to Mr. Pip. I wanted to learn how to trade patterns. That was my motivation to come to Mr. Pip.
However, in 2016 he did not taught actively the patterns, but showed the power of 1:1 and fibs,... So I tried to learn this. I had good times and bad times by doing this. Over time, I tried to find my way (the ways it suits me to trade) with all the teaching that we got. Since more than 6 months, I trade consistently with profit and the first months in 2018 were amazing.
Funny is that I never learned the patterns that I wanted to learn.

This is "how not to do it". My first entry was rubbish and wrong in terms of doing it, so took another postion to average in and close to my SL (so do not change a lot if SL hit) and traded the expectation.

I use to have the same problem i do really well on demo then go live and lost a lot o money, a phkn lot of money

started scalping in and out real fast doing very well.

but not good for the old Heart so i need to try something else,

a slower pace

Alright my last 3 scalpy trades have been losers so I'm hanging it up for the day, at this point I'm just paying the commission man.

+157, nice way to start march. Only took 1 day in March to erase my loses from February. Here's to a good March for everyone here.....
+286 on the week.

Thanks - I really apreciate that short story - it encourage me alot.
Believe me or not - I was also passing by this thread by a coinsidence bc the topic name about harmonic and as I have told about before here I have very interested in pattern trading, just without getting started with it really.
Anyway like you, hopefully this place could be a landmark in my journey too.
