EUR/USD stays consolidating the 1.2325 level I see it hittin 1.2360-.2380 by end of day. Let’s see what draghi says but I don’t see him able to jawbone it under 1.2250 especially with ECB and Italian elections next week.

“Powell’s statement this week according to Bloomberg states he doesn’t believe inflation will go parabolic “if the job market was tight wage growth would be a lot more pronounced,the skilled workforce firms are looking for are just not there” he doesn’t see wage growth inflation causing any disruptions but they will be monitoring labor force. Unless he says something off script during his testimony I don’t see USD doing much

So like I said earlier market is expecting negative news out of Italian elections but by next Monday I believe EUR /USD will correct up to 1.25 in fear of positive Italian election and hawkish tilt to ECB I’m biased long after next Wednesday if I see elections were a disaster I will short EUR with price target to 1.195 and 1.1825 if elections are positive And ECB meeting tilts hawkish or even neutral I’ll be long targeting 1.2800”
