Morning all. Sun's out this morning - Spring must be nearly sprung, right, lol...yeah, sure.

Anyway. Not happy with what I saw with The DAX this morning. The only indi showing Long bias was The Schaff. I would have been willing to go with that, however all time-frames showed blockage all around re S+D micro-zones. Just looked choked.

I stayed out.

As it turned out, the move was long, no WZ at all, with the entry being a break of the High. You'd have got your percents. After that, however, those blocks came into play and price dropped all the way back again, trapping the greedy.

Since then, The Monster is behaving all monstery again and bouncing around all over the place. At the moment, it's showing price back up but who knows from here.

As I was avoiding being bitten, I dropped in on Billy's mucker over at the GU 08:00 bar.

Took it my way (of course) as a WZ move back into the body and after a slight wobble into negativity, got my percents ok.

This zone is what's stopping any farther march upward at the moment...

Just look at it now Lem !
I got stopped/frightened out on a try short but then got into the "Wick Zone" like what you did.
As an aside, after the event analysis, your previous idea of making a channel across the trigger bar would have made a nice alien "Trade the Line" area ?

I got stopped on short also ... no WZ for me

The 6pm ( 18:00 hours) bar has also been mentioned by some here. Yesterday it was pointed out to me that the hourly chart showed it sitting on a 00 area. Then look what happened. ( not traded by me).
Slowbrain - I sometimes miss the "wick zone" trades because I am fixated on the current move and forget to change direction. I am often trying to hold two ideas in my head at the same time to enable me to change direction/ gear quickly. But despite my slow reflexes, I still make enough to buy Mrs T a coffee and gardening gloves now and again. This is a great thread - "Simple is profitable -wish I found it as a young whipper snapper

DAX had a rebound back down and I managed to nab a HOLO trade out of that. (Chart over in TS' yard for those interested).

I was initially cautious about the DZ with UC today, as I was looking at this looming above...

Didn't look like a whole lot of room above...however we don't need that much room, right?!

Hi all, 19-43. this is early for me..
My gf has gone out playing darts and i am chilling.

Dax. i have absolutely no idea how it went on today.

But Cable i did.

08-00 15 bar Low FAILED, it does .
But the High was good and then we had the 04-00 and 00-00 4 hour bars.

I caught it back. Happy Days.

i just looked at Dax.... the 08-00 5 min bar High broke and was good.

sometime time later the Low broke for more down.

as i said, i did not look at it this morning mainly because my Trade Pc wouldn't load Dax info.

As for the Cable short..... DO NOT ASK... lol.

It is probably one of the worst trades i have ever done in the last 4 years.

Anyway, we have a counter on and i am currently -7 in limbo. Nothing spectacular but my mate is miffed that i have not made a million lol, yeah right,
