Here is my Final notes on my trading plan:

Final Notes for all charts: The 3 lower charts are showing a full blown downtrend. But also – all three charts are showing a stopper at the 132.925 along with the Daily showing a double bottom. The 132.925 is holding support at the zero of the Fibo on the 3 lower charts. There are two prospective entries: One with the opening on the new daily for the Fibo flip going long – and two – wait on the SAR for an entry going short.

Notes for readjustments:

Entry: New Daily opening at 1900 had also flipped the Fibo for the up. With a strong Fibo support and a Double Bottom entered long at 133.207 looking at the H4 Purple as resistance for 40.

The rule that applies for this trade is one I do not teach – it is called Market Correctness. The reason I do not teach it is because most traders do not recognize the power of the Fibo; or does not even know to use it properly. It has a lot to do with the market increments according to the bar spread on the charts; which is 40 with 39 showing, and using the right Fibo.

On a standard day of trading the increments on a 2 hour bar is roughly 30 pips. On a market that is being corrected can be as much as 100+ pips on a 2 hour bar. On a market that is correcting itself is when your 4 charts are being corrected in using the Fibo's. Once the correction has been complete is when your 4 Fibo charts are sync as they are now. And this correction had ended on the 1900 opening Daily bar turning Green which places all 4 Fibo charts Green for the UP.

As you notice there were two options for an entry after the correction. The reason is because the increments will also begin to widen from being so tight; and the charts will rally back in being standard which calls for a major consolidation.

So everyone knows – the correction began with last Friday's High and the Daily Fibo Red.

read these 3 old posts by the OP and you will find the two yellow lines aka Price Action Channel is on one of the templates he posted. No need additional indicator and you can create the PAC in any trading platform using two 5-period Smoothed Moving Average set to High and Low

Initially, my first impression of Trend Following was simply trading with the trend. But as I read more books and studied research papers, I realized it is much more than that.
As a trend follower, there are 5 distinct traits that make it stand out from the crowd
The 5 traits are:
1) Trend follower does not predict where the market is heading
2) Trend follower has low winning %
3) Trend follower has no profit targets
4) Trend follower trades all markets
5) Trend follower buys high and sell low
After being a losing trader for 4 years, it took me 6 months to make back everything and more.

hi, candyman, if possible, can you open a new demo account to test the DAX 1.6 and link to mq5 site? it will help us clear know the new version ea perfomance and better to analayis.

humble request

I am running DAX on 28 pairs on a vps. the vps cannot handle another account for testing .

I have loaded DAY v1.1
It is DAX v1.6 but with one major filter.
I have introduced Simple Moving Average 14 from day chart.
In the EA inputs section its MaPeriod = 14
I then have coded the EA to only open the initial trade if HR4 trend and DAY trend agree .
So an initial buy will only open if HR 4 is up and DAY 14 SMA is UP.
after that it can open a sell if HR 4 is down

is there any kind soul who can run DAY EA on 28 pairs with equity manager in post 1and setfile there .
Then we can compare DAX v1.6 and DAY v1.1 by Friday to see which is the better
