Does your trade plan say to bail if you don't like what you see? Than is how emotion based decisions sneak into you trading. Careful you must be as Master Yoda would say.

Very proud of myself for not taking this trade. Normally I want to be in trades all too often, but things are changing in the right direction. Now I see that the bulls are really strong, after that big bullish candle, and then another bullish conformation with the candle before the arrow, indicating bullish momentum. Probably prevented a loss.
not taking trades is as important as taking trades.

Today market were good to explain this on UJ 5min chart. ( expectation NSH )

1 - the blue circle reach 38.20 but dint go below it and create a rotation ( how possible was it for us to trade that , shall the rotation was more shallow and futher from the structure on top )

1 , 2 , 3 , 4 - All were basically the same that , price corrected over 38.20 but dint have a rotation that close below/on 38.20 that worth the risk reward , by waiting for those signal on a 5min chart i would sitting all day long .

and it was quite normal for a 5min chart to take few hour to complete a expectation.

the last swing (4 ) , were abit too large swing to be traded for me , i would wait for a shorter term swing occur , which can be the last weak NSL( possible "5" ) on chart and wait for a correction .

I tried before to trade the immediate swing , but it occur to me that it was the wrong swing to trade on that timeframe (5min), easier to overlook and traded the wrong side of expectation , if i were to trade the immediate swing , the more proper way could be go to 1min chart.
