I’m not understanding what’s holding AU and AJ up...the AUD bulls are not giving up control...

I'm not understanding much recently haha. Yesterday morning I was pretty much at BE, DD tiny. Couple hours later i checked in and the $$ had gone to shit again.

Siigh, grumble grumble.

Strange push of NZD and AUD looks hallow specially both CPI's were red recently.
Could be case of taking stops triggering large fills.Every trend basically ends with a spike.USD has no business of losing to NZD and AUD or even the CAD
Something is going to collapse soon.Maybe after the Feds today

Weekly chart may help us ? AU is trying 3rd touch of current level.
It may break 0.81x, then keep on rising ?

Below is my january statement. Started the month with 407$. Now it is at 483 $ for a 19% gain.
DD under 5%.
Edge is there. All trades closed. I learned not to hang on trades that are not going my way. Just close them and wait for the next oportunity.
@ aimsttrader The time when you took the GJ trade is not clear but if you entered buy after 5 H4 bullish candles this is not very rewarding. Unless you can tolerate drawdown in large amounts. The last video posted on the thread was very clear (buy where you normaly put your stoploss )
So in order to do this you have to be brave because you have to enter a trade at a level (pivot) where price had already a long way in one direction.

Another thing i saw some members are reporting like a 20% growth a day. I maybe do not know much about forex but i would ask myself a question:
would i have the balls to enter such an amount of position with a real account of 50K or 100 K in order to win 20% a day? I am sure i could not sleep an hour of the night. If you make some calculations and start with a 10K account and a 20% growth every month and compounding by the end of 2-3 years you will be a millionaire. So there is no rush in doing 20% a day

Equity curve + monthly gain(change). Steep part of equity curve is funds deposit.
Few trades still running in relative drawdown on AU.
Anyway, nice month at all.

Hi Guys I hope everyone is still ok nobody blew an account on latest crazy USD sell off.Came down nicely and might pick up more momentum after the Feds

All positions finally closed, even those which i holded for few days on AU,some closed on BE, two of them with small loss.
That Aussie is still holding..no signs of south yet.
Clean table for now and rdy for next month.

What we experienced last 24hrs shows the value of having wider stops otherwise you would of been taken out and price returned original position even in profit.
Keep that in mind smaller positions wider stops.
Now its USD bears turn to be crashed.

Account is still safe with plenty of margin. I do however need to look at minimizing my DD and holding off on entering positions too early i think.

Those levels are incredible. Just incredible!

I am now in no trade, feel bit disappointed, like that opportunities are running away.
But something inner of me is fighting against and says: Dont enter now..
