And finally ,,,,why the bounce there and not the line in the sand ? look just a little left ,,,,,what got used as resistance once? ,,,,2406,,,,, 2 half hour close and opens where ? 2406 ,,,. Much like anything , if your not aware of your surroundings ,,, things happen ,,,,even scalping,,,,,jury still out but atm much closer to the trend line and long tgts based on the 1st 6 hours of mkt being traded

Still holding the shorts from 1.25, but the intraday... soooo dirty. 30 PIPs range and an inverted triangle. Setting up shorts around 1.243x is a good choice, but honestly... buying from 1.240x is also seems to be a good choice

Previous post of chart this morning stating a move down to 0.5 fib followed by retracment to test 38.2 fib i then noticed price action amd strong resistance at 1.24300 which is why i said sell oppertunity.

Well done man ,,,,,,,,, I feel like Im giving a soccer game play by play ,,,, but update on my commentary lol,,,, if you were shorting ,, it came much closer to the trendline ,,,,, any left on- the stp would be just above the line in the sand iiiiiiiii if you were buying 2406 , to go with longer trend ,,, would be looking to kill it at even here ,, it will be down from that by time i post this ,but would sacrifice 20 for a shot at a higher high for the day going with the longer term trend ,,,,especially if it gets back above 2010,,,,,,, takes the low out , then probably the lower 272 618 extenions be come much better tgts,,,,,, Been a while since I used a 5 minute chart ,definitely rusty at this view lol

Morning all,

So new week - As I see it (Chart attached)..Price is hugging / whipping through a lower uptrend channel support level.

Initial take profit level for most of us shorters resides below 1.2360 and I've taken two attempts at this - the initial one produced a fractional gain and I went back it at 1.2462 on Friday (Posted in here and have held since then)..

Still running several earlier entries that are in drawdown - all part of a reversion play targeting a level a few hundred pips lower.

I'm not a scalper guys and my trades lasts mostly for some days. You may see 3 lines setup on screenshot and i'm short after D1 pin bar from 1.2400 and strong rejection from 1.2538 EURUSD needs at least deep correction imho.
So my closest target is around 1.2250 and my SL is 1.2545 but i can change them depending on PA.

Should be bullish while above the line. I have very small buys, i will consider adding some real orders if we make lower low or close teh buys if i don't like it anymore.

And for those who hung in there with longs going with the trend ,,even from 2406 ,, a 41 to 55 pip trade may just be in your future ,,,the 5 min chart was killing me lol,,, its got to clear the days open tho . Hopefully the commentary provided a little comedic relief on a boring Monday ,,,,,, may still go down in flames ,but it costs me money to post this much lol,, Hopefully something posted can lead to something helpful for somebody ..sty green all .

Thank you for sharing your setup. I would like to know as far as "price action changing" how would it have to change in order for you to change your sl and tp?

Your chart has only brought confusion to my pee_brain. Lol. Seriously speaking, say a candle was to close off of your presumed line/trend line. Would that then be the difference between buy and sell? On post 10,692 you circled a rejection off of your line. Well had the candle closes acrossed it would it then change the bias to a sell?

My focus area for buy setup: 1.2385/95 zone... not yet though.. still needs time to develop some signals..

Will be tricky to climb back above 1.2408.. maybe US data can help.. time will show..

It is impossible to predict and to describe all situations but i may exit with loss by market if i see a strong momentum against me with high price speed and if it covered about 50% of my SL value.
Another possibility if my position is already in profit about 100 pips and i see a strong rejection from some level. I also may close with loss or BE or profit much smaller than profit target. All depends upon how aggressive buyers against sellers.
But the most probable is that i'll wait till SL or the first PT = 1.2250

That sell , using the 5 minute chart I was posting ,,,the days open is 2428 ,, that has been the resistanceso far today ,which at that point in time was close to the red trendline ,,few had posted 2410 as the next sell,,,,,,but the days open getting whacked again is very typical,also why I said it had to clear the days open to have a chance at the upper tgts on the chart,,,,,,,days open has pushed it down 3 times now ,in my reality its not the trendlines ,its the days open that is the real level . Now its back down around the weekly pivot . Resistance or support is horizontal ,may appear as a trend line but usually lines are just good for marking flags or pennants of bull or bear nature ,may appear different but me personally true support or resistance is not a trendline ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the upper tgts,, lower tgts are just the 272 and 618 fib extension levels of the 1st 6 hours of trading today,,,, Bearish tilt for sure as it has been below open since open ,,,,,,, but in a good uptrend ,weekly pivot gives out,,,,l well the two tgt areas are there . sold 2010 when it went thru ,,stps in the money ,,,,,,,,,but hopefully helps clear a little ,, splaining things not my strong point lol
