This is going higher
Next resitance for me is 1.2253 this is after it breaks 1.2214

What now?
Price is consolidating with rejection at 1.2214 ish
Ill look for a breakout of the 1.2214 and the assess then pullback for weakness and take my long.
Im bullish until price breaks my swing low to highest high at 1.21230
If that breaks ill look for a lower high to be made and take a short.

To sum it up.
Price consolodating it will make a slight retracment, causing a new swing low from here i can take an aggressive long. From this swing low i am expecting a breakout into a higher high.
I will judge this retracement strength compared to the last retracment to gain a future bias.
Potential shooting star on the 4 hour for those who did there home work.

Will re asses in the morning though on london open for now asian zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Very little movement on the open. As hard as it popped Friday, I was expecting a gap (up or down) but instead steady as she goes. I think the bulls are in charge.

Dont think it will do much till it tests the little channel it popped above,, hasent been able to muster anything above weekly open yet .

Looks like it's consolidating for a move. The simplest thing might be just continuation of upwards trend, but I think safer to wait for the move to start at the moment.

A little off topic from Euro but more so directly correlated with Dollar: DXY strength.....

I was wondering if you thought that the purchasing of dollar bonds would be bullish for the dollar, consolidate it from it's bearish downtrend, cause a further downtrend, or not much effect at all?

0449 GMT - Tata Steel is back in the dollar-bond market after 3 years, giving a fresh push to the growing pipeline from India. It has hired 16 banks for a Reg S offering to be issued via a Singapore subsidiary and will carry a "letter of comfort" from the steel major. Roadshows kick off today in Dubai before moving to London, Singapore and ending in Hong Kong on Wednesday. The bond is part of a $2.16 billion financing involving a 6-year loan on which 21 banks are mandated, including 5 Indian banks that will provide $800 million at around 2 percentage points above Libor, according to a person familiar with the deal.

On the subject of DXY, strong bear movement looks to be driving a lot of the lift on the EURUSD and others.
My analysis suggests that the bulls will be taking some ground back, to a DXY of at least 92.00, possibly higher, pretty soon.
This will probably put a ding in those long trades on EURUSD...

On the flip side, DXY possibly still has some short term bear run left, so I am not going to short EURUSD just yet.

Tomorrow London Open should be interesting after the USD bank holiday today.

Very interesting pull back, if it breaks my new swing low at 1.21963 ill be bearish bias, ill look for a Lower high to enter on, for now still bullish.
However comparing both swings of bearish pullbacks selling pressure is starting to enter the market and becoming greater.

Good Morning!

First attempts to ride with the bears. I expect a correction to 1.217x all my stops are at 1.2254. Another wave would push it to 1.2090-1.2100 are where my buy orders will wait for the price.
