Disliked{quote} It would be a stretch to say the price will come back down. We have alresdy seen 3 weekend gaps by EU the last 5 !Months have passed which have yet to fill the gap. Imagine a trader who keeps adding to his lost or in your case, waiting for the price to come back to you. Money management is cool but trade management is also boss no?Ignored
Disliked{quote} You could quite possibly but why run the risk? Counter trend is low probability no body likes to trade against big money granted i could maybe make a few pips or quite abit of pips from the move but then that comes down to more luck and i begin to gamble which isnt trading obviously. When i enter a trade i like to know 100% in my mind im in the best postion to make money, if that means i have to wait for price to do what i want it to do then im cool with that. Some people here will counter trend which is fine it does work its just low probability...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thank you for sharing your opinion with me. However, what i fail to wrap my head around is how one defines risk or low probability trade. Disliked{quote} Exactly. I like to factor in my worst case expectation and size accordingly. Plus technical traders tend to overestimate graphs. When you go down to fundamental analysis you will see that this pair went up on the basis of nothing. The Chinese fake news and the meeting minutes that said what we already knew - basically a run based on vaporware - plus a bit of bad data. Furthermore Eurozone economy is not that great so I don't see why this pair should go to the moon and I'm sure that it will not. I would go in more details like the stockpile...Ignored
