How far do you think it will dip before the bulls come back?
As of now I think the support at 1.2060 is going to stand until new information comes out tomorrow. The NFP might cause a dip back into 1.2010 but I think thats as far as it'll reach

we have seen the low of this move down, 1.2061 is the point to have your stop if you are fearfull but this is a trending day with a successor coming tomorrow ... I am expecting up 1.2140 to see tomorrow. So I am sticking to my guns for this point in time

like I often repeated today it won't really dip meaningfully, Ata caught most of the dip down but this will be it for a while, maybe another dip in the uptrend tomorrow at NFP but that's most likely a buying opportunity

Why is the 1.2140 level significant for you? Im expecting this to ride into 1.22 range

it's an ABCD extension on the 3H chart so it will probably retrace somewhat there ... but my long term goal is 1.2350-ish ... I am a short term trader so don't get overly worried about my target if you are a swing trader.

Daily Outlook and Sweetspots for Friday

  1. Marking 1.2070/76 zone as critical balance level (pivot) for tonight's Asian session.. Price above: bullish.. price below: bearish..
  2. 1.2093 seems to be nearest resistance followed tightly by the 1.2114/22 block (it is also a potential AB=CD completion level)
  3. As long as 1.1968 holds I would not expect any deeper bearish correction..
  4. Daily or H4 candle close above 1.2114 can lead to much higher levels. Therefore be careful shorting while/if price climbs above 1.21

Price action.
Everything you need is there on the chart.

Where will price go next?
Compare the swings

how are we looking?
Bullish obviously.

What am i expecting to see?
A period of consolidation with retrace from around current level down to 1.206/5 then upsurge.
(Previous resistance becomes support)
OR
A retrace down to 1.200 ish level then a surge up
Because i am bullish this is what i expect to see.

Will price make a new high?
maybe maybe not but if it does then i cant see projection of that swing high being anything massive.

Why is that?
Compare last swing high to current swing high and look at the projection between both its not much difference

What does that mean?
Chances are we are in for a trend change
Sideways downwards who knows chances are it just wont be up until we move sideways or downtrend.


How to confirm this?
Higher time frame analaysis
The Daily is consolidating we are due a downwards move of some sort.

When will i know i am safe to short?
When price action corrolates with what im thinking ie the most recent swing low to the highest high is broke, in this case it is now 1.2007 as price made a new highest high when this level is broke ill be short bias, until then ill trade breakouts of the ranges or the complex pull backs price makes such as today when everyone went short. Yeah grab yourself a few pips thats great but its counter trend trading its low probability. Not to say you wont profit but for me i like to feel 100% that will make profit with every trade descion i make there for counter trade isnt for me despite knowing theres a pull back due i still wont take it.

Complete agree with bullishness not before the pull back i think 1.206/5 is more ideal its not a far target either price is around that now so support should hold but if it dosent i think down to around 1.200 level, share your charts and you levels its good to see perspective of other traders

1 hr and 4hr look like pretty good bull flags but the daily looks like its still forming so i am not sure about there being a strong pull back or not
