If you're thinking to buy the best spot could be if price will go below 3303 and then fail to continue any lower. If instead you were speaking about a good place to sell I think you lost the train for this time as it was around 3392 just below the double inside m30 periods. Anyway we're entering into overnight and if you trade also during Sydney and Tokyo you could find some nice spot after a correction upside. (just for speaking as I do not know so much the dynamics of overnight session).

Now, GB gapped lower from yesterday GB session low 33775 and as you noticed overnight didn't retrace anything of the weak pit session action downside.

So, if GB will preserve the new gap and will establish acceptation below its inside month high 33652 we could imagine a continuation downside.

If instead GB will fill the new GB gap downside quickly and eventually will obtain acceptation above 33652 odds will be in favor to a correction upside to 3397 composite poc.

So monitor carefully for acceptation below or above 33652 and for the possible filling of the new GB gap downside from 33775.

So, preUS opened below yesterday pit session low 33714: monitor for price location after pit open at 15:30+1GMT as a new pit gap downside (or not) could drastically change the odds to continue lower.

Most important levels for US participants in this zone are 3327 (pit inside month high) and 3402 (inside month absolute high). Further important levels are yesterday pit session spike base downside at 3388 and yesterday pit unchanged level (daily settle) at 3375.

PS: next visible target in case of continuation downside is 3303 as written many times. While upside the first one is yesterday pit high just above 34182 followed by a bunch of other poor highs like 3446,3484,3530 and far above 3586.

Pit session opened with a new gap downside from yesterday pit low 33714: gap rules apply. If not retraced quickly odds are in favor to a continuation downside towards 3303. If retraced and acceptance found above 33714 we could aim at yesterday weak high (above 34182) and subsequent poor highs theory (see previous post for them).

A range of 16 pips is clearly very little. With any probability it will extend from here. Gap downside still in place. Poor high at 3360. GB poor high at 3387. Very weak day. It left upside new weaknesses to sum to the others left during previous days.

So we got acceptation above 33714 and here we are just below 3387 GB poor high. Note anyhow that at 3388 we have yesterday pit spike downside base and considering the very weak environment in which we are it could work as resistance. In any case, for any continuation upside we will need acceptation above it. Note also that we are very late in the session.
