If the DAX goes down to fill the Friday/Monday RTH GAP, its needs a little push down only to test the Nov and Dec Monthly POC 13.040<>13.020. Heavy support zone

DAX made a little tech correction, just to close the GAP, but US markets didn't follow, so there was a fast counter up move again

DAX playing with the former range
important concepts like failed breakouts, failed breakdowns, breakouts, test of it and so on, can be learned from these type of PA

On Monday it has break the multiday trading range (balance area if you prefer). On Tuesday in US session, it has tested the range, and today we had this move that judging by velocity swiped a bunch of stops and moved price almost to the Friday high. So, we now have a "look bellow and fail" kind a thing, as long as buyers keep DAX above 13,200.

First untested cash gap is 13,104 from Dec 15 = around 13,100 on futures.

So, either:
1) buyers maintain control above 13,200 and push price in order to make new ATH in following days
or
2) complete failure and price goes back bellow 13,200 - targeting Dec 15 gap at 13,100 and maybe go to the bottom of the range

Remember, market don't give a shit what is better for trading - it takes a path of less resitance, OR react to important news.

CONTEXT is very important - look at this morning - failure to take Premarket high early lead to liquidation break.
It plays over and over in time. Especially if Prmkt high or Overnight high (in US markets) is right on R zone.

Al depends on the voting outcome in the US.
If the tax bill/tax reduce is accepted, the US markets could make new highs again (and the Gold could dive again)

Anyway, there is no correlation now between US and EU markets
