Hi Parviz I tried yesterday with the tick indi and also today, here is a picture of what happens on my MT4 platform. Any ideas sorry.

This next run may be the last long opportunity as we're nearing 1:1 from the Dec 1st to Dec 4th swing.

YM - 24641 down to 24614
Not fond of the volume coming down. 8,9,10 candles to the top, 5 candles on the pullback.
Damian, what's your opinion of this kind of volume analysis?


.....Update - ended up producing a very nice run that I missed, but I still didn't like the volume/momentum coming down

Use your time for trading. You can buy for less than 10 YM points (1 Lot) a tickchart emulator:

NB: parviz1953: Big respect for your abilities to write yourself such a thing (I have no idea about such things). Beside the cost aspect, I did not understand what is your issue with an offline chart as used the first quoted. It shows also price in realtime.

No idea ,please give me more information, any error message? , did you also checked it in tester ? does it produce same result?
I have already found and fixed the array error mentioned by supreme, but it is not an important one and it works even with that for long time.
i am working on to log tick data and use them as history for new version , i hope i will post a more complete version soon.

1)I enjoy writing code , i am not a professional coder and i do it as hobby, and i never charge anybody anything for them.
2)you may do your analysis on an off line chart ,then return to an online one to place trade.
I definitely respect and welcome any ideas and comments.

Sorry, I do not understand your sentence "...you may do your analysis on an off line chart ,then return to an online one to place trade...". Price is moving on the offline chart in realtime. You can use it as a it were a normal chart (place orders, TP, SL,...). At least on the indicator from Ovo
