I recommend not trading USD pairs until Feds major event.If you do you are on your own risk.
Market can react many different ways.Rate increase does not mean automatic USD strength it depends how much rate is already priced in and what Feds project next year.I rather stay sidelines until dust clears.Plenty of opportunists on crosses.

I'm sitting 8 hours in one of the USD pairs. Starting to love these low moving pairs. No idea why I haven't looked at them before. Maybe they seemed too exotic to me.

So you have been trading Forex and have not looked at one of the major pairs?with the highest positive swap...I don't know what to think really
I am discovering things on here everyday that sane person would not choose to deal with...Getting exhausting

When you see a pair close or on WP wait until it gets in the zone otherwise you might be early way early.
EC has potential to move north which I am incline to believe but it could go south.Draghi speaking today and he might effect this pair and all Euro pairs.

There were different reasons why I chose to trade only one major - GU. Nothing weird in it.

I woke this morning and saw this respecting my version of the 78 (I've accepted my versions of the pivots will never be the same a Davits but are close enough)
jumped in before coffee and didn't check a speech by a certain reserve banker, oh well I have my 1st position for the run back down.
I will get my head around this, but always can be wrong

did you set your time zone to +7 ?
because your R100 is between my R38 & R61 (timezone : -5)

Sorry again for noobies question, but i can't find the right way to have pivot zone in the same way of Davit... I've read and tried but no way. Please i don't wanthurt or spam , just find a right way to follow this amzing 3d.
I'm using Davids Pivot 3.2 auto indi and i live in italy London gmt+1 so .... I supposed that pivot period must be previous week from sunday open market to friday close or not? In this case are my settings seems corret by i've have diffenret pivot point? Thanks for any suggestion and sorry again..

if you can open NY Oanda demo account then you can use that for pivots.I am sure demo is easy to open

Here. This is the last post ever I make about pivot values in this thread. Stop worrying about your pivots. There's no line or MA on your chart which stops price movement. There are many ways to trade, but here, among other things, you have to look overall PA as well - like last points where price reacted, etc. This is where screen time comes in play. Your trade might work at these (pivot) levels but it also might not. There's no way I will take a trade just because it's at some pivot level. We are trading in the shadow of MM's, so it comes handy if you just try to understand what they are doing, pivots are just some of the guidelines.

Here are two charts - mine and Oanda. Values are almost the same. They are also same, with couple of pips difference, on different FX sites I checked. So all good.

I agree. I see most posts confirming pivot levels and many few with actual trade ideas/thoughts.

@cescof,just change the time zone to -5,if necessary refresh the chart by changing time frame and when you line up pivots save the template with correct settings again.

I am in the same time zone (GMT +1) trading on live acc. based on Cyprus which is GMT +2 but this indicator version "3.2 auto" really works auto.
I also had problems to line up pivots with Davit but i found i was messing up with time zones just like you did.

Davit,i am sorry if this post is kind of spam but i want to help because our time zones are same and i am sure setting time zone to -5,broker candle to false(just like in original settings) is working for our time zone.
Also opening Oanda demo acc. would be a problem for some of us if we already have live MT4 account with other broker,my laptop would struggle to handle two MT4.
stations plus another non MT4 platform from different broker....
I was thinking to send PM to cescof to avoid spamming here but because of constantly repeated questions about pivot indicator i decide to risk being removed and post this in public for others to see.
