i was using Real account with ctrader. Dont believe me, go download the ctrader from IC markets website and see if it links to pepperstone. Give me a reason why would the ctrader of IC Markets link to pepperstone if they are direct competitor. They must be linked/affiliated in somehow.

This is just my guess but i think the probability is high that they are both from the same owners/founders/group.

If i were one of the owners, i would not want to put all my eggs into one basket do i? Diversify and spread into two different companies. Stating that two different owners and founders are just stupid (no offense).

Look at fxcm US that got banned.

They charged me fees for a USD to USD broker to broker transfer when they said it was fee free. They ignore support emails and if they do respond they take 3-4 days to respond, when IC respond within a couple of hours.

Today 5 Dec 2017 I tried to withdraw my profits from Pepperstone but they refused to transfer my profits to my credit card from which I made my deposits initially. I got so disappointed, after so much hard time, I just started to make some profits, and here they refuse to send them to my credit card. They also refused to transfer my money to other FX broker too. They say I should withdrawal my profits through my bank account for which I should pay commission and the bank charges. Any suggestion what I should I do?

depositing by credit card may have been free for you, but that doesnt mean it was without cost for the broker!!
same goes for withdrawals!

normally the broker let you withdraw by CC as much, and no more than you had deposited. the reason they can do chargebacks/refunds.
that doesnt apply to the profit obviously. i am pretty sure it is written in their TOS.

should you make so little profit that an approx 30$ wire transfer fee feels a huge dent...then keep trading until you can swallow that fee.
if you make enough profit that 30$ doesnt represent a large chunk of it...then just think of the fee as a natural cost of business.
there is always, always another trade!!

All of them are very good and trusted brokers, personally I tried Pepperstone, then moved to Tickmill and Hotforex, there was a news trade with Pepperstone, where they declined my request for refund (was awful execution with 20pips slippage, inacceptable for me). But otherwise you can deposit any of them and trade they are safe.

I believe that you only can withdrawal the same amount you deposited with the credit card. Did they refuse to let you withdrawal the same amount that you deposited
in your account ??

Honestly I'd stick with Pepperstone and if you're open to other suggestions check out Global Prime Australia.

They have the best reviews I've seen for any broker on FPA, which is surprising because usually every broker has issues at some stage.

Been trading with both of them for a while and pretty happy with them.

Don't listen to the comments about the credit cards, every broker only allows withdrawals up to the amount initially deposited, as the withdrawal is processed as a refund to the card, and they can't refund more than what was charged. Any broker will have no issue sending your profits to your bank account and if they do, get out of there ASAP. That's not what you need from your broker.

If you have the funds, try out a few brokers, see where is best for you and your trading and then your decision will be made for you.

We tested all of them. But we preferred Pepperstone at #1, IC #2, and Tickmill#3
Ranked but lowest spread and fastest execution (with NYC equinix VPS )

Experience with tickmill was very good, fast withdrawal, good custumer service. but we prefer the fastest execution.

You realize, that this was rollover? Kiwi is not the big player having liquidity in mind - so 10 pip spread is nothing uncommon.
