Bigger story is earnings down.This may delay Dec rate hike to 2018
True story is that people work longer at times 2 jobs and make less money.Now we are heading higher interest rates on top of it.Feds are very sensitive to earnings my guess would be Dec no hike.

Not good. If the fed does not hike, it will be an admission that our econ has been smoke and mirrors. The markets may go off the cliff. I have noticed significant strength in the CHF pairs generally. We could get some big trend moves. Might be time to reduce size.

We might see UJ drop big.Watch this please
In my view living in US I can sense Economy is not improving its more like dragging until it hits the breaks.When you increase IR it hurts corporate earnings and in turn stronger USD means less competitiveness in US made goods.
Its a domino effect higher IR Strong Dollar less money in Wall Street and less investment in jobs and growth.This is the whole point why everyone else trying to make their currency cheap.

Completely Agree.
Also technically we see a Beautiful Candle Rotation formation on H4 with a lot of Confluences with Pivots, FIB (61.8 to 78.6 area) and Swing Expectation, in other words very high probability one.

Victor, it is important to understand this thread. I am not the thread police for sure, but candle rotation, etc. is not part of the method on this thread. Please respect the spirit of the thread and post what you are talking about with the correct template.

Correct. I only take token positions in the CHF pairs to see what is going on. When 2008 came along, all of our correlation models broke down. Since then, I have learned to watch that. Severe stress in the market will make everyone head for the dollar eventually, even the swiss.

Very true, better off trading EU as its a mirror image of UCHF.
