I'm scalping this one.

Pretty weak US markets so far. Ripe for a proper pullback, but still they dick around with moving money trough sectors. Very complacent market, but in recent days trading with much more volume than usual. NQ the weakest, aproaching Fri/Mon lows.

DAX still above the cash close and futures prior close.
On LTF - multiple tests of trading range, which will be broken at some time.

Yesterday US markets showed a clear Head & Shoulder pattern and continued to go down.

US markets prices are now between my slow MA lines which is usually a support zone.
We have to see if that support will hold and the dotted enclining lines on my charts will hold.

We heading for the end of the Year so there will be some profit taking coming Weeks, which started Yesterday already.

DAX is back on its November POC @ 13.035 zone again and we have to see if that level holds too.
Depends on US markets I think.
DAX is still on the Bullish side so far, but if the DAX will go deeper, the Oct POC @ 12.950 zone is the next target down.

On Daily base the US markets have little TPO pocket/Gaps to the upside, and I expect/hope the US markets will go up to fill them

US goverment is working to finnish/pass the tax bill in the house.

They need Democrats support to get it approved it looks.
Tax cuts need to be funded somehow and debt ceiling must be raised

So still tricky if they get it passed thourg the House.
That's maybe why the US markets stall here now, together with some profit taking.

Choppy down movement, got stopped on DAX a few times on b/e and small loss, all shorts and at the end they fell like I thought so.
Tryed to go with the move, but instead of that - decisive precise entries were far better. Futures prior close was tested from bellow 3 times, and best way to catch that is simply to put selling order in advance, not chase the mofo.
