{quote} Thank You for your reply. So that I understand there are double test or touch on the demand level and I should look for lower Demand Zone Level

That is a difficult question to answer my friend because there is so much more to the methodology. Atleast based on how I trade the system there is so many different aspects involved to S&D that it would take me a very long time to explain it. But yes there were 2 touches making it not fresh therefore you would like to locate a better quality zone.

Hello everyone

an example of an intraday trade on the USD/JPY just closed out. It is an example of trading market turning points using Multiple timeframe analysis
Trade was taken on the premise of price being at higher timeframe demand, in this case, the daily chart.

Please note, there was a lot more consideration and management put into this trade.
It is also in general parlance, considered a "counter-trend trade"

Hello everyone

I often get asked about the utility of S.A.D trading on smaller timeframes as to whether it can be used
To be sure, intraday trading requires a very different mindset and set of skills compared to other types of trading. It's important to mention that.

Hi Michael, am i correct in saying this trade was a confirmation trade as we know daily has come back to fresh demand and the 4 hour would be down so we would know that the entry of 60 min we would be looking for longs of this time frame or the 20 min as you have entry of?
Please correct me if i'm wrong.

Hello everyone ,
I was wondering what should be the best decision in this case :
the Demand zone is still holding but it is used up and daily momentum line is pointing down
I believe I must do nothing till one of them is broken , AM I RIGHT ?
please share your thoughts

Hi Al Chemist,

What are your 3 time frames for your TDA ?

If you look at the HTFs say M & W, you will find that the upward momentum is not broken.
Also the D1 DZ is embedded within Weekly DZ.

I would wait and watch.

If you would provide your 3 TF TDA, it would be easy to help you.

Cheers

Hello Alchemist

As Foxtrader has mentioned, please add a couple more charts so the traders in here can understand your thought process. It will help you and everyone else who would like to give feedback.

As you are looking at the daily chart, one would assume that is your entry timeframe.

Please see the picture below for some of my thoughts. You are correct, there is nothing to do on this chart right now.

best wishes

Hi Akt,

Thank you for your quick reply!

I am now wondering if you have any good info on profit-taking levels in general? If trading the Daily, 4h, 60min and 15 min, is a 15-min supply/demand zone good as tp or should I use a higher timeframe one?

Thanks,
Krossaren96

Hello T4i
Welcome to T.I.O.F
Good to meet you.

I think most traders in here have, both backtested and forward tested the methodology.
The thing is though, in my experience, confidence is only gained when one has done their own testing to see for themselves.
I know a lot of my guys have done thorough testing for long periods, much to my interest.

Hi Vincentj

i saw that you were trading the pair I had a position.
However my TF M W D told me to go long. And it has been a profitable trade.

Please indicate your trio of TF you used for your TDA.
Looks like you traded the drop between 2 rallies

Hope the current state of the chart answered your question. The price went up in line with the HTF momentum.
