We live on a disk
Now a disk is flat and round so both side are happy - win win situations.

Because all you said was did you read my previous post initially, when I read your prior post I could see no reference to what you were talking about and what's more why wouldn't I read it ? Just direct me to the bloody post. I did not say my my experiment (as you call it) carries more weight it is quite simply the way this is done. It is basically transferring levels from Newlyn, there is nothing ultra smart about it and it wasn't an experiment it was previously unused land having datums established which then went on to be a large industrial complex. So please tell me what level does mean then ? In the context of datums it is a measured point above or below sea level and also a 90 degree line, water, piece of string or whatever to a perpendicular axis. So your reference to playing dumb means what exactly ? I really don't know how you can't understand what I have said. My issue is with the water and gravity, simple. The surveying technique is obviously related to that and does reinforce my view. When you first brought up about equinox I believe somebody else answered you, I didn't because I don't know, although I believe there are others who have theories for both stars and equinox.

I don't have answers for everything just like you don't to prove you live on a ball. Only difference here is you are relying on what you have been told or what others say and I am relying on what my eyes and experiences tell me. This isn't life and death for me.
