Although interesting charts this forecasting is academic because when the tax cut comes (U.S.) before the year is out, it will suck out a huge amount of U.S. dollars that is currently hidden away in Europe and Asia. Those dollars will find their way back home and the Euro will plummet. But in the meantime, carry on...
Also, if the money is going to be sucked out of EUROPE and ASIA and be repatriated to the USA, what you're actually saying is there is going to be sudden increase in the American money supply which is obviously inflationary and will clearly impact the inflation rate differential not to mention the clear impact on interest rate parity. The net result - at least economically - is the opposite of what you suggest - AKA the law of one price; a repatriation of US currency should (unless I've got my economics wrong) lead to a weaken dollar.
Well, we'll see who is right before the end of December which is something to look forward to.

Both EUR and USD as currencies are pumped up, but US economy is greater and stronger than EU, US market is times bigger than EU's.
EU economy is based on Germany's results, if it is not Germany EU is going steeply downwards. All other wealthy and well-governed countries in Europe are out of the EU - anyone ever wondered why...
Almost everyone knows EU was created in competition to US, but it is failing so far. There is no real trend, just manipulation in favour of some special "entity".

In short, it is basic economics. It doesn't matter if you go to a USA news source, a European news source or an Arabic news source. This is basic economics not a conspiracy. The best thing to do is wait and see.
