1.1515 in focus

So much this. And knowing that, you have to find ways to force yourself into discipline. For me it was always "walk away". Through my entire trading career I had to fight the urge to "check on the trade". And the more I checked the more it fueled my anxiety and doubt. That always led to exits that were outside of my technical/price-action parameters. Automation helped me a lot on that front. My system would email me triggers when certain PA would occur. I'd log in check the conditions and decide if I wanted to enter. The same system would send me triggers to exit, either at a profit, a time period or a loss. I allowed myself one or two peekaboos a day: one when I got up (if I was willing to wreck my entire day) and other at the close of market, but NEVER before bed. Once I got into the groove of that it became much easier to focus on other things that actually drove the company and my trading into new areas. This of course was centered around me having picked a time frame that I was actually comfortable with. Scalping was too intense and holding a trade for (weeks/month's) was too never wracking. My sweet spot was 48 hours to ten days. I build all of my models with those targets in mind.

Know yourself first and build systems that allow you to emphasize what you're good at and keep you away from what you're not. Being a Monitor Jockey never worked for me personally. Doing anything other than that while I had trades on did.

Market reached the strong pivot 1.1560. The next solid pivot for reversal could be 1.1528, if market didnt respect it will touch 1.1511 and 1.1482. In these range i will just close my eyes and buy at any prices. There will be some long tails form on multiple times and head to 1.1550.
