yes, probably would teach someone ( mentor) not necessarily for the need of money...
and
no, it is very hard to find someone committed fully for something easily obtainable ie. free!! it is a fact.
probably just as mental/emotional than trading itself is.
we all there time hear there is no free lunch out there, we tend to believe that whatever comes free must be worthless, or low value when comes to education.
and of course, there is plenty of those 'education' or system or whatever you want to call, that doesnt work.
while stats can be faked, so can be money...i am not a believer in all to be faked.
there is plenty enough genuine track records out there, that can be counter verified with actual MT4 order logs.

money back guarantee? is any university offers you? if you dont find your dream job? i would think not.
it is more ground work, a certain understanding, than a mechanical 1+1=2 sort of solution.
there is always, always another trade!!

It's a simple form of force/capital multiplying.

Assume you are making money trading.

Option 1: make money trading, make no extra money sharing, dont use that money to make more money
Option 2. make money trading, make more money sharing, use that money to make more money

i would sell my knowledge for a price. why not? at least sell the indicator based on experience and knowledge. bcs the most expensive is the experience itself. the money lost, time, etc. if one want share their knowledge and system for free, either that person is very generous or they want to learn more, listen to ppl input and advice for their system and to maximize their edge. Just my 2 cents.

Already shared details of my system on the internet. Cost me about 5 minutes of time to compose the post, no adverse impact on my trading results.

Its not revolutionary. Anyone who thinks they have a revolutionary system that is a guaranteed earner but will fail to work if it doesn't remain secret, and has never been tried and tested before, is delusional.

I have shared some of what I do here on FF in my trading journal. It is not a complete presentation of what I do, but it's all I will reveal. I have no interest in making money teaching people how I trade. However, I am fortunate enough to belong to a trading group made up of both traders and mentors, where market information is shared and exchanged throughout the day. It is a private group (now closed so please don't email me for information) with a heavy entry fee, and only traders who can prove they are proficiency are allowed to participate in the group. So, I share detailed information with my trading group, but have shared only basic information here on FF.

Quite right (but it's fairly clear that there are substantial numbers of delusional people at trading forums, isn't it?).

Honestly, I would rather share the by-product of my knowledge (i.e. profits or trade signals) for free which is another form of generosity. When you hand over your life's work which you labored to create into a money minting machine (MMM) for a one-off price; probably someone just sold off their birth right or the work has no serious value in the first place.

Large IT corporations, car manufacturers like Apple, Microsoft, Toyota, Honda, etc often seal their ideas, patents & IPs in a vault of vaults. What they do is, sell the products and their latest versions periodically because that's where the real money lies - the real golden goose.

There is a reason why all Central Banks keep the MMM as well. They mint the bills and hand out the cash to their government or its citizens, rather than put the machine in the middle of a public park like a vending machine for just anyone, no matter how needy.

Good question, to sell or not to sell. I would like to sell my EAs, problem is that nobody is interested in a 70% yearly return by risking 3%/trade. everybody wants 1000% year

Btw I wouldn't trust anyone who sells courses.. if they are well capitalized and want to help they would share their knowledge for free.
