Hey Erebus, thanks for letting me know. I have tested this in v1.1 and seems to be ok for me. When it gets released this week, let me know if the same issue occurs.

For daily trading, I like to have a lot of room to the left, the bigger the number the more probability price will reverse. This mixed with divergence would be great.

What do you mean by "daily trading"?

Trading the daily candles or trading 15 minutes charts every day?

Here is an example of what I would do, first, how far back do you think you might look for a double top on daily, 1 month, 6 months, 12 months?

Then use the number of trading days as the settings, for example, 20 trading days per month, 200 days per year

So if you set it for 100 days, you would miss any double top within the last 6 months; is that good for you?

Same for any time frame, how far back do YOU think would be a good distance to trade from.

Only YOU can determine this for yourself.

Asking the coder to provide you an exact setting and you don't even specify the timeframe, really?

It takes a lot for me to IGNORE you, but you can try.

The wait is finally over! Version 1.1 of the OGT Price Action Indicator is available for download.

Also please watch the video which explains the new features, settings and criteria for the new candle stick patterns.

Thanks Zoheb...look forward to putting it thru its paces. I like the idea that you have incorporated Walt Peters' rules.
Just one "very minor" suggestion...I'd like to see a bit more space between the different candle identifiers and the end of the range of the candle.
I can't quite see the end of the wick when the candle meets the criteria.

Hi, great thread and system, I am looking forward to testing it.
I have downloaded the EA but it fails to open up when applied to a chart for the first time. It shows as available in the navigator section but when I click on it to load it nothing happens. Is this happening to anyone else?

It's not an EA. It's an indicator so please put into indicators folder.

Hi zoheb

Thanks for the Indicator

But when I download the new version of the Indicator it only shows the pinbars not the newly added engulfing or doji.

When I check the input section it looks like the previous version not the way you have it on the video.

So the name is new "OGT Price Action Indicator v1.0.ex4" but the indicator is the old.

Pls help.

I downloaded the correct one (the one that just says "OGT Price Action Indicator.ex4 ") and it works.
