its so simple but complicated

I understand it as:

First change of color is a signal candle and you start looking to enter the trade on second candle exactly when it brakes hi/lo of signal candle
SL is low of signal candle
Tp is 150% 200 300 etc of signal candle

Time frame H4 H8 D1

Most of those pointed to candles do not get their high/low broken, so there is no loss there.

if a order no active then cancel it
every order belong to previus closed H/L candle

I have been finding good trades by entering when the Daily close is above the previous day's High or low

For example this chart at #1, closed below many days lows, enter immediately for pips even though it was huge day and many afraid to trade

And yesterday I buy on the open as the Close was above the previous day's High

I feel that this is the filter that you are looking for in this method, not waiting for 2 days to change color, use the price to show the direction

Any comments? The 20 SMA is there and Bollinger Bands to show price extremes, we all know price returns to the mean value.

According to the first post has nothing to do with trend channel, just need to wait for the green or red, but the back see figure, is waiting for the red candle, in the rising trend downward trend in the wait for the green candles, isn't it?

i read about 40 pages .
should i read other pages till 189 ???
is there any new rules or filter more than below rules

1) a order dont closed till SL or TP
2) when price go to 150 fibo then we have TrSl 140 fibo , so the sl go to entry
3) if a pending order dont open then cancel and we put new pending
4) if we have open order (long) and the next day we have new signal short, we take both ( till SL or TP )

If this was put into an indicator it would cut the time on placing a trade. Also I am kind of new to this what is MM and RR?
