Ratios & Harmonics: a Different Way to Trade

Limit order triggered for Long. Let's go Bulls! Momentum is not in our side but we have ABCD completion to the down side.

Long
ABCD pattern completion + good structure and a medium /deep retracement just like I expected.
There was a lot of selling power, but that came to a hold, the wicks were getting bigger and the body's of the candles were getting smaller, with a good rotation candle, giving me a nice setup for a long with good R:R.

My ABCD didn't quite complete and I was expecting them to push it a bit lower with that momentum. On the sidelines, but was watching the same area.

I guess I have become cautious to the point where I can't enter anymore

Sometimes ABCD is not perfect, if you look to the left there are huge resistance zones. Harmonic + structure powerful trading system

Yup! Noticed them. And don't hold price accountable to executing the patterns with ultimate precision.

But bears seems not over. Maybe you will get another chance to get in

Bear seem a little weaker though, so that is good for our expectation, as for now.

USDJPY Analysis

Intraday: NSH
- Price made a NSH just a few minutes before market open
- 2 small harmonic completion took place

Expectation: Will wait for price to retrace since it’s been accelerating since market open. Will wait for price to come to my zone before I make any decision.

Longterm: NSH
- Market is overall bullish and has corrected quite deep since yesterday
- Will go with intraday expectations for now

Looks like a logical place to take a long

If we all agree on that it must succeed!

We have ECB meeting and rate decision today , so anything can happen with Euro

Hey Coreg2004 thanks for your reply.
I think the picture I posted first is confusing with regards to the swings that I was trading.
Trade 2,3 and 4 on the picture are all trades with an entry in the 61.8-78.6% correction zone of the swing I was trading.
Trade 2 and 4 are in the same timeframe/orderflow. Trade 3 is on a larger orderflow, larger swing.
The SL was in every case above/beneath the main swing, as required by my rules and Mr. Pip method.
All trades were following the expectation of the orderflow I wa trading I think.

Should you have some time to look at this post, I would appreciate it.
Are your comments still valid then?
Because I'm not seeing the mistakes, except maybe for the hint I got from the momentum for trade 3, as evocpr19 mentioned.
EDIT: That momentum also caused price to jump over the 61.8%-78.6% zone of the larger swing correction without effort. So this brings us to your comment, that if an important zone is crushed effortlessly, how do I know if the next one will hold. I see the importance now thanks.
