Believe me, I am so unhappy with Exness for many reasons.

(i) Yesterday, I placed pending BUY limit of Gold on 1300 on my accounts with different brokers Exness and FxPro. Today's low is 1298.200 . FxPro filled my order at 1299 while Exness not filling my order at 1300. Why? because they play with spreads? . Since FxPro filled my order so giving me a profit of 27$ while Exness saved their 27$ by not filling my orders. below are the screenshots.

(ii) Exness archives your trading history without informing you. On one of my account, the archived the history of two months, No no trade explorer (FF, MYfxbook,MQL4) is able to generate trade explorer for me or they generate explorers with wrong statistics. When i talked with there customer center, their excuse was that we have to archive orders history in order to reduce load on our servers. In my opinion, this is the worst sort of excuse. For a broker who claims to be high standard provider is unable to hold history for few months.

As for your first concern, the one related to order execution comparison between us and other broker, this is a Market maker account, so you cannot compare quotes from different brokers. I can see that the pictures are from different days, so to further investigate your issue I hope you can send us your account details.
As for the second concern, I have already forwarded this complaint to our specialists and we will work to have the complete trading history if an account on MT4. Once this feature is ready, we will inform our clients. If you have any other issues or inquiries, do not hesitate to contact our support team or send an email to [email protected]

Thanks for your kind response. On exnees, My order was waiting for execution from 30th August. The HOLC , i posted here are for 31st August. Anyhow, leave this issue coz i never beat a broker in reasoning that why a particular order was not executed. I will be eagerly waiting for the full history feature.

is there anyway to change the credit card withdrawal policy for me it seems that i cant withdraw any funds until i cancel all the deposited funds first .

Dear HotelAlpha1,
Kindly be informed that withdrawals via bank cards are refunds, which means for withdrawal you need to use the same amount as deposited using the same card.
Once your refunds are processed, then you will be able to withdraw your profits. Also note that refunds have priority over all other payment systems.

Kindly be informed that, for withdrawal you are alsways required to use the same payment system as you used to deposit.
