Stochastic main and signal already crossed. If it can cross below 80 mark- the overbought, it may be great for bearish movement

Good Morning Folks,

After looking at Frankfurt flow on H1 chart, the easiest part is that bulls still want to push price higher..

1.1818 is daily resistance and blocking for now, if it breaks one of my weekly targets: 1.1858 will be next..

1.1775/88 area will probably act as nearest support and 1.1762 level will have to wait for later days I guess..

Today I prefer to stay mostly bullish and will try to buy the dips with every swing low.. if price reaches weekly levels I might risk short trades too but overall bull setup might bring quicker profits.. will update my daily chart after London open and there I can give better hints..

I guess it goes down to 1.177 now > I I have just been stopped out of my remaining short and this level would have been a much more favorable exit... Has just happened to me in another pair too...
always when I think that I finally begin to understand.......

"understanding what the market is doing"... well, I don't obviously.

Daily Outlook and Sweetspots (Thursday)

  1. My focus area (bright blue) is now a zone between 1.1780 and 1.1840 roughly (with the awareness that 1.1762 will also act as strong support)
  2. Don't short while price is below 6 sma (the red moving average on chart).. wait at least for daily candle close above it or price to rise as close as it gets to pivot level: 1.1870 area..
  3. 1.1838 area is nearest significant resistance for sell setups, especially as long as price stays below 55 sma (the green moving average on chart)..
  4. 1.1870/80 area roughly is where I think bulls wish to climb up since it is the extension of previous breakout level of the lowest red trendline (the neckline of potential H&S) on chart which was support in the past and will now probably act as resistance in case price touches it..
  5. For now one last retest of the neckline of H&S pattern might be in play. But because it is so obvious I am still doubtful that this H&S will play out the way the majority expects. I prefer a step by step daily analysis looking for all possibilities instead of taking H&S for granted.

I don't know what triggered the bears but we know that 1.1762/1.1780 zone will probably reject.. once we get there I will look for bearish weakness.. don't go long at support levels blindly.. right now the move started strong.. either scalp bearish or wait on the sidelines for bull power to show up..

Hi Guys!

long time ago, I was here, but busy because of business trips. Amsterdam is beautiful!
I started massive shorts(1.1812, 1.1810, 1.18), I expect a triangle will form on H4,it touched the upper trendline. Iam with the bears again. Tryin to build a mid-term short position with a target of 1.15. Will try to add shorts when it is above 1.18. Stops 1.19
Will upload my charts as well.

H4 Outlook and Quick Thoughts

On chart below I tried to emphasize the sweetspots on H4 with help of fibonacci levels.. if it makes sense to you then I hope you benefit from it..

By the way, just my own opinion.. I honestly don't care much for Catalan.. Brexit.. Global warming.. Planet Nibiru nearing Earth.. Zombie Apocalypse and so on and so forth.. lol... the chart speaks loudly.. and the chart is my best friend.. actually the chart is my wife.. since we married my life became so successful.. I think it is true that behind every succcessful man there is a woman..
