Taken a trade on Ucad, double bearish divergence at the pivot, with rejection of it, LL, LH and trendline break 
The moving average on the chart is not the 200 ema but the equivalent of the 1hr 62 ema a tip taken from lastingwell here https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...57#post7620957 hoping this time it can go through as its bounced from it quite a few times over the past couple of weeks.

. Please do the reverse.My suggestions:
- You may consider doing small things first to see if you be accountable to yourself ....thinking of changing your small habits first. I don't know you so I can't be specific, but I am sure you know you.
- What are you good at? what are bad at? ( I am talking about trading). Focus on your good and make more, make them bigger. Try to minimize your bad and do not emphasize them but make them small.
- reflect the pain you suffered every time you chased your trades and ended with losses,
- spend your time every day to reflect the feeling when you were disciplined and had good green bags, imagine how happy and proud you look, people around you look at you, and so on....do it every morning of your day in 30 days, you will see some changes happen...
- appreciate what you have including people and materials. you might want to look at my signature again and again. It's my magic key hihihii..., would you like a copy of it? ;-) ))))

Wow, what a great answer, thank you so much for the time, effort and heart that you have put into this answer. You know me better than you think, I have been guilty of looking for change elsewhere, don’t know how many systems I have tried or books I have read, I have the custom-built high-speed trading computer and 4 monitors. As you point out the flaw is not in the system but in the trader.
Your suggestion of building on the good habits is excellent. I do have good days when my discipline is good, generally days when there are enough trades available. As mentioned my issue is trying to force the market to give me a trade. In my career, success depended on being the guy who made it happen, who took whatever action was required to get the job done, patience was rewarded by failure, you had to make it happen. And now I have to unlearn that attitude and be patient waiting for the trades to come. Your suggestion of taking the good and building on it every day is very doable and I will do it. Maybe a bit like AA one day at a time, no mad dog trades.
I have always liked your current signature and overall think I am in tune with it. To me, appreciation is primarily expressing gratitude. Every morning I deliberately set aside time to feel gratitude and express gratitude; gratitude for my life and all that is in it, from the simple ability to see green grass to the touch of a warm hand. Taking the time to experience gratitude brings me feelings of joy and lightness, I just need to make them last when the adrenalin surge of trading kicks in.
I am also grateful for knowing you, for all of your help for myself and all of the others who have benefited from your words since you started this thread. May your trading and life success continue!
